WND has learned that a news conference has been scheduled for Dec. 15 to make public the final conclusions of the investigation by the Cold Case Posse in Arizona’s Maricopa County under Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who was defeated Nov. 8 in his bid for a seventh term. On Wednesday, the PPSIMMONS blog, affiliated with author, pastor and radio host Carl Gallups, reported Arpaio had been planning to announce the news conference on a Phoenix television station, but the interview was postponed. Gallups confirmed, however, that a press conference regarding the birth certificate has been scheduled for Dec. 15 at 4 p.m. Mountain Time. Gallups said the press conference “will represent a conclusion of the matter concerning the validity of the represented birth certificate document that was put forth by the Obama administration and posted on the White House website.”

If they can show its fake every law he’s passed the last 8 years is null and void.
He can be impeached anytime, even after leaving office. And he should be. If found guilty, he would lose his pension and SS protection. He could then be prosecuted for usurpation of a federal office. Also, forgery of a draft registration and theft of social security numbers.
Wow! Following this press conference, I’d bet that Obama is out of office within five or six weeks.

How can a wife get her husband’s birth country wrong? Michelle campaigned for him in his career claiming he was Kenyan born.
How can a grandma who claimed to be where he was born, get it wrong? She said he was born in Kenya.
How can his own bio get his birthplace wrong? In the jacket cover they have him born in Kenya. Obama never demanded the jacket cover be corrected. Seems for a guy who by ae 10 said he wanted to be president of the USA he’d want this error to be corrected.
Newspaper articles when he was a state senator called him born in Kenya. His campaign, and not him or Michelle, demanded papers run corrections.

As for what he signed, that depends.
If it's an executive order, it's gone as of 20 January.
If it's a law, then the new Congress must repeal or modify it.
As for the debt, the new Congress must pass laws to unleash economic growth and refrain from passing laws that increase the debt. If they that, and stick with it, then, over time, economic growth will retire the debt, and America will remain on top of the pack (because the others will lack the discipline).

I hadn’t heard that Joe Arpaio had lost his bid for the 7th term. Too much news following election day. Phoenix was lucky to have him for so long. Hopefully he finds himself well positioned before long.
They will not be worried seriously yet. They will first attempt to demonize the source.

In an audio posted on FR a few weeks back Sheriff Joe explained that they ran into many obstacles that thwarted his releasing the info. SO, since he lost re-election and will be leaving office he wants to make good on his word to release the info.
The audio said he and Zullo were also forwarding info to those they felt may be able to do some thing with the info.
Maybe you don’t care about it, but Sheriff Joe does.

No, if he is not eligible, then he was not the President. We didn't have one. Unless you like the idea of setting that precedent.
Odds are pretty good he didn't win that second election either.
He deserves neither SS protection, nor financial benefits, but rather court, lawsuits and at the very least, long term imprisonment.

correction I think the audio I heard was of Zullo talking to Carl Gallups Nov 4. I’m having trouble linking it here. Zullo said since obama was on way out and he could not due more damage/harrassment to Joe that Joe would release all the info as I mentioned in above post. I guess at that point they did not know if Joe would win reelection though polls were not favorable with Soros dumping money in Ads to help opponent.
Also Joe is mid 80’s so he may or may not seek other work to keep him busy. I saw online his wife Ava is battling cancer. They have been married 58 yrs.
I’m thankful Joe went against so many saying he should not and did look into the online BC document and tried to get more info in Hawaii, which he said seemed to be a forgery by their evaluation. Looking forward to whatever else they say Dec 15.
