I would argue that they can only confirm appointments by the president. If 0bama is a fraud, then the USA has effectively had 8 years without a president or even legitimate acting president. Their confirmations would be invalid ab initio because there were no appointments made that were legally capable of being confirmed. It would be no different had I appointed some people via posts on FreeRepublic and the Senate voted to confirm. No effect.
Yeah, I wish it would be the 8th, also. Why do we wait so long for the electors to vote, anyway?
hopefully we get Comey out too since he has long history of helping Clinton’s and Dems. Comey may not want to pursue this about Obama either.

Nice summary. Yes, I would agree something has to be done to hold the whole lot of them to account...but who will really support all that is needed to prosecute him, and his criminal ilk?? Hard to say...given the passive “resistance” to our domestic and foreign ideological enemies. Hope reigns strong.
