Sarah Palin: Trump Movement Began with the GOP Establishment's (Title Truncated)
Brietbart ^ | November 25, 2016 | John Hayward

Posted on 11/25/2016 12:43:30 PM PST by KC_Lion

Former Alaska governor and 2008 vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin was a guest on the special Thanksgiving holiday edition of Breitbart News Daily with SiriusXM host Alex Marlow.

Palin said the 2016 election was vindication for “me and millions of other Americans who, for years and years, have been saying smaller, smarter government is the answer, and we need someone who is politically incorrect enough to say what needs to be said, and do what needs to be doin’, to fix the problems that we’re in in our nation.”

Marlow said he thought Trump’s campaign theme of “draining the swamp” in DC was “channeling Sarah Palin.”

She countered that the concept was “pretty universal, when people understand what our Constitution actually means, and that it is to restrain federal government, and not incentivize growth of the federal government – more control, more shackles over the people.”

If the GOP had done it's job in 2010-2014 than that would have prevented the Rise of Trump.

But they instead to chose to be lazy (at best) and the get along gang at worst.

In reality though, they are The Uniparty.

Remember the Tea Party? I do. I liked/like the Tea Party. I think the Tea Party has exploded into the Anti-establishment Movement” as Sarah suggests.

So what? So this: the Trump thing can’t just be an eight-year flash in the pan like the eight-year Reagan Revolution which died becsue Reagan unnecessarily picked Bush as his VP.

The idea, as Sarah suggests, is to re-establish our Free Constitutional Republic by reinstating the Constitution as the Law of the Land against the feds. Reinstating the Constitution is a long-term project and will need guts and determination to sustain until the unconstitutional 80+% of the feds are GONE.

And we WON.

Seems like this might do it:

but it requires Flash to play the audio (wtf) so I can't actually test it right now.

We were in the earliest TeaParty before it was even named that.

It was disappointing when the GOP divided the TeaParty and when Washington "gerrymandered" it. Later, the possible political rise of Sarah Palin gave us momentary hope, but that too was soon dashed.

We prayed that the TeaParty would some day be revived as it was originally founded. Then came the primaries and the campaigns.

We were elated to see the election results, due in no small part to the original work of the TeaParty voters, Michelle Bachman and Sarah Palin.

Thank you Donald Trump.

Thank you Sarah Palin

The Trump Movement began in early September 2008.

During Sarah Palin’’s acceptance speech at the Republican Convention.

I always said the ‘Tea Party’ was made of patriotic everyday Americans like this country was founded on.

At the 9-12 March the real estimate of marchers was 1.6 million,465,000 on the Pennsylvania Ave traffic cams,Obama actually flew out in Marine 1 and saw the crowd and sensed the movements power and unleashed the IRS on Patriotic Citizens, his most hated.Sarah was always a leader of patriots and Mike Pence was one of the few Congressmen to be there and speak to us. Politicians have let the country down but the citizens with Trump will get us back on course.

Whatever we call ourselves, - I call myself a Freedom Fighter - we won’t be done until the $4 trillion feds are pared down by at least 80% and put back into their constitutional cage.

I surely will be very disappointed if Palin isn’t at EPA, Dept. of Energy (she was Alaska energy cheif) or Dept. of Interior. Who else ever had a successful series of shows on TV showing off our country’s beautiful wilderness?

Just her spirit and energy would remind the people in Washington they are there to serve the national interest and the American people not just to get a paycheck

Tweet Trump and remind him Palin was there with him early until her husbands bad accident.

I think Palin has a job if she wants it. I’m not sure she really cares to live in Washington, DC.
