Here's what to do with Hillary

What is to be done with Hillary Clinton and her crew? Indications are that President-Elect Trump is inclined to forgive her transgressions. As expected, there is already substantial pushback from conservatives. Thus, the story is still to be told.

All the evidence, thus far, is that Hillary has committed grave offenses with respect to national security. Her lieutenants appear just as guilty of criminal acts.

Moreover, while the president can pardon, he must not interfere with on-going Justice Department criminal investigations. Neither may he interfere with congressional investigations and findings. Regardless of President-Elect Trump's inclinations, the matter will likely remain unresolved for some time to come.

Let us explore this issue. I propose a solution that should be satisfying to all.

They need to be housed in an 8 x 10 box. Don’t know about everybody on here but I’ve had ‘clearances’ and knew full well what the consequences would be for even inadvertently spilling the beans. Guess I didn’t have to worry since I could have invoked the “hillary clause”.

Yeah, I've held a security clearance and have been hammering my less-knowledgeable relatives and friends with the punishment specifics since the e-mail story broke. IIRC, there is specific "inside threat identification" training required now. One of the examples of reportable evidence is classified information with the classification markings removed. Yes, she belongs under the jail.

I hear there is a job opening in Cuba.

She even has an appropriate wardrobe.

I think you all have it about faced.

Hil-liary- must not go free under any circumstances as to do otherwise would be to condone her acts and the acts she has been part of. Do we? Her husband and daughter and minions must not go free either. Obama, Holder and all the rest must not go free. Would any of them be worthy of forgiveness? If so, why?

All known persons of committing treason or egregious acts against our Constitution or our vulnerable peoples, the pedophiles, etc should all be drained out of the swamp and prosecuted when possible. We must put some form of hold on those who believe in unfettered immigration. We do not need to become Sweden, Norway, French or Germany, do we?

I thought we were really going to drain the swamp.

I don’t see a problem?

I am pissed with Trump. If he is indeed backing off from one of his major campaign issues, I am done with him.

Betrayed again.

Preparing for RevWar II.

IMO Elizabeth Warren is now head of the democrat party. That means they will learn nothing. But she’s got more fire than Hillary. The next election will be Trump against her trying to resurrect the dem base and there will be no saunders crowd to oppose her. It’s not going to be easy and she will beat schumer to the cameras every week. Her campaign will be high energy and very accusatory.

Of course, Trump can walk back in if he has a list of accomplishments to show.

I say let her dangle in the wind.

No big hurry. Turn it over to the new AG.

Drag it out. Send mixed signals.

Perhaps appoint an Independent Council. Perhaps not.

Let them sweat.

Bring the Foundation into the mix. Let Bill and Chelsea sweat, too.

Keep it cool until Trump is President and it is too late for a pardon.

Trump has taken away Obama’s justification politically for issuing a lame duck pardon. Nothing else has changed.

She doesn't need one now.

"The real problem is.....Hillary took down the whole Dem party with her. They're in shambles. They have no leaders and are in total disarray."

She finished off what Bill and her started and Obama put on Steriods.

Dr William Bennett argued during MonicaGate that the DNC was selling their soul for a mess of pottage if they did not impeach WJC and that it would come back to bite them. He was 100% spot on.

The DNC today vs 1997, 1998? it is a shell of it's former self. Where is the John Braux's, John Kerry's ( Nebraska ), Zell Miller's, James Traficant's, Joe Lieberman's, Scoop Jackson's, heck even Dennis Kucinich doesn't have a home in this carnival of Neuvo-Socialist.

Everyone with a modicum of sanity has been purged, and they are left with the old bull apparatchiks and a handful of young turks to the left of Stalin. And they say the E-GOP is fubard, their bench is so bad the Lions will win the SuperBowl before the come back to power in any real numbers.....

That was funny if you know of the angst of Lion's fans...

Let’s get President Trump and AG Sessions in office before we decide to buy into ambiguous statements to the press during the transition. I’m getting more than fed up with our own people jumping to conclusions. Right now is not the time for Trump to talk about locking her up.

Agree. If she gets away with it then someone else will do the same kind of stuff. Trump said that Hillary would be in jail if he was president. I’m holding him to his word.

L, I’ve been wondering what has transpired behind the scenes, what deal Trump may have made to forestall a crisis before he’s sworn in? Frankly, I’m happy to send the Clintons to their Elba for now and wait until Obama’s power tools are unplugged in January—martial law has been my greatest fear for a couple of years.

He won't lose any credibility because he will be shifting gears. It isn't like the media will call him on it.

Those are just the three most important things to me.

He'll lose a ton of credibility among his supporters, which should matter a lot to him.

I've already said here on FR that his approach to dealing with Clinton's criminality in the next six months will greatly influence my approach to filing tax returns for the rest of my life.

She needs to go down, for the good of the Republic.

Anyone that Trump appoints as Att General will find Hillary in his cross hairs without even looking very hard. The pay for play scheme with the illegal email server is one of the most corrupt, treasonous acts in American history.

Bill Clinton along with the rest of the email support group is also exposed for serious jail time. And as most Americans know, Hussein Obama was involved with using and having knowledge about using the illegal email server.

And that is just a start.

If Trump decides to bury this (and I personnally don't think he will), he will have a revolt from the Justice Dep't all the way to demonstrations on Main Street. Americans will demand she and her band of criminals be prosecuted.

“There is no reason for Trump to opine on whether the Clintons have suffered enough or that they are “good people.” In the military, it is called command influence. The President should not be involved in putting his thumb on the scales of justice. “

If the president has promised publically, which apparently Trump has, not to prosecute the Clintons, the new DOJ will take that as an instruction. The law is not independent of the people who administer it. About a problem I was having with a dangerous neighbor, I quoted the stalking law to the local sheriff. I even gave him a copy and got him to admit the neighbor was in violation. (The violent crimes detective agreed and recommended prosecution.) But the top guy said, “we don’t enforce that law.” The State’s attorney, said though a flunky deputy lawyer, “It is only a law if we say its a law.” That was my initiation into “prosecutorial discretion.”

The law is not a constant, like gravity, which applies to everybody equally. This is the complaint by blacks, who, rightly or wrongly, claim that drug laws are more heavily enforced on low income blacks than middle class whites. (By my observation, that appears to be true.)
