I can't imagine not being able to see my 6 YO grandson every week. That boy keeps me young. He's an extrovert and a big bundle of energy.
A couple weeks ago, I taught him a German word for a higher quality of German Riesling: hochgewachs. Last Sunday, during a visit to our local winery, he made good use of the term. As he was pouring Sprite into a plastic cup, he said "Opa, here's my hochgewachs!"
