So two suits to stop it now, one in the MI court of appeals by the AG, and this? Should be fun.
This is a double edged sword. If the 6th decides against Michigan this is the end of the trail. The SCOTUS if there is an appeal might decide but if they tie, the decision the 6th makes will stand with no more appeal.
WHY doesn’t someone in the GOP demand a recount in CALIFORNIA?

The district court communist judges joke ruling will be thrown out by noon tomorrow. This is utter madness. It is an attempt to hijack democracy. This is third world crap and it needs to be stopped post haste!!

This recount is pure foolishness and it’s a good idea to try to get it stopped. If a recount is to be called, it should be called by the candidate who stands a chance (however slim) of winning, namely Hillary. But for a candidate who has no chance of winning anything but just wants to satisfy her own curiosity it is an abuse of the election system.
Two points: The media will say what they will but the Democrats will still not be in power and the country will be in such an improved state that no one will care what the media says; second if it goes to USSC Trump will demand Ginsberg recuse herself since she said she would move to Canada if Trump won. Saying “I take it back” won’t cut it.
States need to fix their recount laws. Wisconsin overhauled theirs after the 2011 recount but will make more tweaks now to prevent another Stein.
