Working on my L.L. Bean order now! They do have high-quality items, and annoying the liberals and supporting Trump is a side benefit. The spring jacket I ordered there for my second son has lasted for years and will actually be able to be handed down, unlike the cheap stuff in the big box stores that can’t get through even one boy.
On Varney a few minutes ago they said that the left’s boycott of LL Bean has resulted in an “uptick” in LL Bean’s sales. LOL!! The good guys are coming out to support them, as it should be.

Haven't bought Land's End in years. The bottom half gets fitted out at Bass Pro, because they actually have 34 inch inseams across the board. And I really like their cargo pants. The upper half is mostly Fred Meyer and J C Penney, because they have a decent selection of tall sizes.
I love thinking of the reaction in CNN’s offices. They try to shoot him down, he fires back. They’ve had to deal with very few alpha males in the White House, and don’t know how to act.

Linda Bean, granddaughter of the company founder, was on Fox News this morning. She gave $25,000 of her personal money, not company money, to the Make America Great campaign fund.
The Communist bullies in CA have launched a boycott against LL Bean to force her off the ten-member board. (Another member of the board gave considerably more money to the Obama campaigns in ‘08 and ‘12, but of course, conservatives don’t bully individuals for their campaign contributions.) LL Bean has a nice sale online today, and it’s a fine time to order and support Linda.

I have clothing from Land’s End that is 20 years old, and still in great shape. Two years ago I ordered from them and what I received was CRAP! Cheaper, thinner fabric. Tops were shorter. Sewing was horrid. Never again.
LL Bean is a wonderful company, but their environmental enthusiasm was misplaced when they supported a Maine Woods National Park. President Obama rendered that issue moot by creating a worthless National Monument. Hopefully President Trump and/or congress will rescind that designation and LL Bean will stay out of it.
Then the Fake News that was supposed to take Trump down backfired big time.
