The founder of Bikers For Trump told "Fox & Friends" his organization will, if need be, form a "wall of meat" to protect citizens attending President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration on Friday from protesters and the like.
Chris Cox said thousands of bikers from across the country are going to converge on the District of Columbia to prevent any violence or wrongdoing at the event.
Cox said he has full faith in the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington as well as the Capitol Police and U.S. Park Police, but will be standing by, should things get out of hand.
In that case, bikers will form a "wall of meet" and stand "shoulder-to-shoulder with [their] brothers and toe-to-toe with anyone" who tries to break down barriers, harass women or throw things.
He said his has ballooned to 200,000-strong only 15 months after 100 bikers held their first rally in Virginia Beach, Va.
The group will also hold a celebratory ceremony to honor veterans during the lunch recess on Inauguration Day.
That will be held in John Marshall Park, Cox said, which is a few blocks west of the Capitol on the other side of the 3rd Street Tunnel.

Love these men and women. They’ll handle things very well :))
“Look for the protesters to all of a sudden decide to mind their ps and qs.”
Like they did at the RNC convention.
Armed bikers (in Cleveland) = polite protesters.
I pray that your fellow riders are kept safe, from portal to portal; and their awesome presence sets the mood for the grand celebration.
The weather is supposed to be decent on Friday. Can hardly wait!
“Biker” covers a lot of ground, from somewhat effete doctors and lawyers playing outlaw on the weekends to guys that would delight in the opportunity to pound somebody senseless, guys you seriously don’t want to mess with. Most are somewhere in between. I’m hoping more of the latter than the former go to DC for the inauguration, myself.
“200,000? Since they are riding Harleys maybe 20,000 will make it there.”
LOL!! I like your confidence in Harleys.
God speed, Bikers for Trump!
I wonder, when a snowflake wets his panties, does he melt?
Given the weather, I’d guess that they’re pretty hard core to ride a bike.
I’ve owned 2!
Point well taken, although I suppose trailering in and taking off on the bike from a DC area hotel is an option.
Yes, I agree. In earlier days, a “real” biker wouldn’t use a trailer (braggin’ rights and all that)
Agree.
Prayers up for their safety. Bless you, Bikers!
“200,000? Since they are riding Harleys maybe 20,000 will make it there.”
ROFL!
That’s why they started with 200,000, they only needed 20,000.
God bless these guys!!! The big difference between the left and right is labeling. The libs divide people into groups; hence, each group is rallying their troops to march in protest against the Trump inauguration. The republicans, independents and conservatives take the approach that we are ALL Americans.
The Washington Post has an insightful article on Chris Cox and the Bikers for Trump.
The 48-year-old chain-saw artist from South Carolina was an early and enthusiastic supporter of President-elect Donald Trump. Now that his guy has won, Cox wants to ensure that the group he founded, Bikers for Trump, strengthens its political muscle during Trumps presidency and beyond. ... Bikers are strongly organized locally, Cox said. They just havent been organized nationally before.
Bingo! Read the entire article.
Meet the biker hosting the biggest pro-Trump demonstration at the inauguration
Perhaps you can spread the news through your buds.
Funny, years ago I was standing with a couple of others admiring a Honda Gold Wing when a Harley owner walking by told us, “I’m a Harley man, wouldn’t ride anything else, but if you ride a Harley you need somebody on one of those (pointing to the Honda) riding behind you to pick up the parts that fall off your Harley.”
