Washington's Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, at the encouragement of leftist Governor, Jay Inslee, are suing the federal government in order to halt President Trump's immigration executive order. It is all grandstanding meant to keep Republicans from controlling both the State House and Senate. It should get tossed out, if the District Court observes the U.S. Constitution and Federal Law.

Ferguson’s complaint asks the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington to declare unconstitutional key provisions of President Donald Trump’s immigration Executive Order.

The complaint asserts that the President’s actions are “separating Washington families, harming thousands of Washington residents, damaging Washington’s economy, hurting Washington-based companies, and undermining Washington’s sovereign interest in remaining a welcoming place for immigrants and refugees.”

All of these assertions are baseless. What it comes down to is a matter of feelings. These leftist are having their feelings affected and it is doing them harm.
