“, and began unloading them before taking them to be inventoried. All of the weapons were loaded and some had bullets in the chamber.”
Must be nice to be a member of a color coded thug group.
Any of the rest of us non-coded types would have been arrested and in jail post haste.
Very common ordinance even in open carry states. There are some places you just can't take a gun...like the courthouse, within 1,000 ft of a school, etc.
Add in they had their faces covered? Heck that rises to the level of felonious menacing, intimidation, and terror.

in many cities the armed thugs would intimidate local law enforcement. Sadly to say and speaking as one who has ten years law enforcement experience (in my younger years) at several levels, today’s LE leadership is so afraid of the media and public correctness, they would succumb to the bad guys.
Loaded weapons and covered faces? What were they planning on doing?
“Sheriffs deputies then picked up the weapons, two revolvers, five semi-automatic pistols and three shotguns, and began unloading them before taking them to be inventoried. All of the weapons were loaded and some had bullets in the chamber.”
Wow, some were muzzle-loaders!
(Surprised to get in first)
Guess what Panthers, your Homie ain’t in charge any more!
And not one "assault style" weapon among them..........
Geez! Where were the “good” cops in Philadelphia?
Dr. Alli Muhammad
What was this protest about, or was it just payday?
How many bullets does the chamber hold? Sheesh!
Ill defend the right of any group to conduct a peaceful protest within the constraints of the law, but the Revolutionary Black Panther Party meeting in Wilmington did not even pretend to have any understanding of the applicable gun laws. Indeed, if they did understand the law, it suggests they were intentionally seeking to trigger a confrontation with law enforcement.
Black Lies Matter.
New Hanover County Sheriffs Office Lt. Donald Warnick told party leader Dr. Alli Muhammad, “Sorry I had a fight in the middle of your Black Panther party.”
The covering of one’s face, which we have seen, of late, at many anti-Trump demonstrations and riots, ought to be illegal in every state. Of course, the democratic run states, seem to be laws unto themselves, in an extraordinary way; I, for one, have had just about enough of their tantrums.
