Judge Nap: Obama 'Went Outside Chain of Command,' Used British Spy Agency to Surveil Trump
foxnews.com ^ | March 14, 2017

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command," Napolitano said. "He didn't use the NSA, he didn't use the CIA, he didn't use the FBI, and he didn't use the Department of Justice."

Instead, Napolitano said, Obama used GCHQ, a British intelligence and security organization that has 24-7 access to the NSA database.

"There's no American fingerprints on this," Napolitano said. "What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated."

No,you “accept full responsibility,” then do nothing.

True.

But you think they would at least exercise a little discretion. This tells me the Brits may not be the friends we thought they were. Or possibly that their government and/or spy agencies are as infested with communists and subversives as ours are.

I seriously despise anonymous sources, which are used for almost every politically tinged story these days. Anonymous attribution should be relatively uncommon and used only for genuine investigative reporting. Instead either everybody and their brother hide behind anonymity to grind whatever political axe they have, or reporters make up stories. They claim to have one or more sources when all they really have are bits and pieces stitched together with a lot of supposition and gossip.

So just because Napolitano says this doesn't give it any more credibility than if Schumer said it...if you get my meaning.

Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated.” ..................... Where is he now? Is he alive? If true, he better find a good hiding place or he’ll end up like the DNC guy who was mysteriously gunned down.

Obama was a friend to the Brits that were against Brexit. Trump was for Brexit, so I’m sure it wouldn’t have been hard to find someone in their own deep state willing to spy on him. The politicians over there are trying to ban Trump from visiting their parliament.

This is why Linda is trying to control the investigation.
McCain is involved up to his ears and Linda is there to keep McCain out of prison.

... organization that has 24-7 access to the NSA database.

"There's no American fingerprints on this," Napolitano said.

Interesting view of "no American fingerprints." The government can snoop all it wants, and as long as it gives full and free access to a foreigner, there are no American fingerprints on the disclosure.

This guy must be a judge or something, with logic like that.

Wondering if the handover occurred at that security conference in Halifax, the one that McCain and Tim Kaine attended...

No, their hands aren’t clean. Its violating our law. So was killing JFK and smuggling cocaine. But intel agencies do what they want.

They both keep saying “no warrant = no wiretapping”. How stupid. Totally ignores NSA collection. Totally ignores illegal listening.

“The Anglosphere share the load, which allows them to surveil one another’s countries in ways that would not otherwise be legal.”

That’s just CIA and NSA sophistry. If you hire a hitman, you still committed murder.

Congress usually drags the most simple issue out for years.

They are masters at creating busy-work for themselves.

So what is their motivation for cutting this inquiry off so quickly?
