If you’ve even been to Mexico even the south where some of the bets places are, I like PV, the standard of cleanliness is just not the same. When I took French exchange students across the border, they declined to go into TJ because of the smell of the city where we were. I took them to the beaches instead.
6-7 years ago I was in France in places where Muslims were moving in and you see the same thing, filth on the street and trash everywhere. Other than terrorism which I place number 1, this is the biggest problem, tearing away at out life style, standard of living and of course values.
