I have read some of his stuff. He has never come off as an anti-American globalists, just the opposite. And an EMP attack has been written about for the past, at least, twenty years. I have read even more in-depth how-to’s.

An EMP may not kill "90% of the populace," but let us get a good high altitude nuke, and these clowns will die wondering why their light switches won't come on. The results of a well engineered nuke strike will bring thermonuclear hell on the (supposed?) source, but that won't help those of us here when the entire grid goes down.
Several in here have cited Forstchen's book. It would do the mocking crowd well at least to read it.

Forstchen is an interesting bird. He has been "adopted" by the prepper community. He never knew any of us before his book and we got him to come speak. He thought we were the TV kind of loons. His remarks now is "in the event of a social/political/military catastrophe, you should pray your neighbor is a 'prepper'".

That’s false. It’s much harder to miniaturize and make a reentry vehicle than to make a primitive fission bomb like North Korea has. The hardest part about making a primitive fission bomb is getting the fissionable material.

The advanced metallurgy needed make the reentry vehicle is really hard stuff to master.

As far as the elites are concerned the cityfolk represent 90 percent of the population. The inland empire dwellers are not considered real people.
