Looks like this is the one I’ve been taking, so it would be 1200 mg a day. I do have some from Sam’s Club also, and that would be 1000 mg a day. Two pills.

Never heard of infusions before. It is a power that you can cook with.. (and I use it in a lot of things) and it is sold as a capsule/like vitamin that you take daily. I too have found it to be a great dietary addition

I think it is very dangerous to infuse ANYTHING into the blood stream.

Turmeric is the ingredient in curry powder that gives it that distinctive yellow color. I believe it might be in prepared mustard too but I’m not sure.

I don’t really care for the flavor but in capsules you can’t even tell. Same with the ginger capsules for nausea. I don’t care for dry Ginger either. Funny how the healthful things don’t appeal to me…

Very true.

But insurance companies may make you jump through their prescribed hoops before they will approve the replacement surgery.

I had to get a steroid injection (which did nothing) but did not have to do the gel injections.
