Yeah, hallucinogens are sooo safe. Just ask some of the patients at psychiatric hospitals.

You’d have about fifteen minutes to get somewhere safe.

Been a long time. But it’s not a problem. I worked with a guy at a printing plant years ago. He came in tripping one night. I figured he’d lose a finger or two but he did fine. BTW he’s now a Pharmacist.

Been there and done that. No problems on the SoCal Freeways or desert roads. In a ‘67 Triumph 6 cylinder coupe (GT6) and ‘71 BMW 2002. The BMW was a better machine and its vibes were just spectacular. The Ansa exhaust added to the symphony.

Maybe a smaller proportion try to drive a car while tripping, than try to drive a car while intoxicated on alcohol.

It’s a relative assertion.

I know a fellow who tripped on acid exactly once, and he swore to God in the trip that he’d never do it again. It was an interesting trip, with visits to Pluto as part of the itinerary. As far as I understand, decades later he has still kept that oath.

People misuse drugs looking for the transcendent side of existence. Faith in that “fuddy-duddy” ole Christ (who turns out to not be nearly as fuddy-duddy as He has been been made out to be) beats any misused drug for bestowing the side of humanity that it lost when humanity walked out on the Lord in the Garden.

As someone who has tried LSD, I can't imagine wanting to drive a car on acid. I was perfectly happy watching the grass, the trees, or just the paint on the wall.

I’ve done that.

Wouldn’t do it again.

It was very foggy that night.

Been There...Done That. God was watching over me.

There was a time I did more Mushrooms & acid by accident than most people did on purpose.

It’s a life style choice Not to be recommended.

Drop some acid.

Then try to drive a car.

I did just that, many years ago.

A friend and I were tripping pretty good and decided to go for a drive. The speed limit was 25, but I barely got above 10. My friend kept telling me to go faster or we would get pulled over.

I got up to 15 a couple of times but that was way too fast.

After a while, I needed to turn around so I pulled into someone's driveway, drove across their yard and down their neighbor's driveway back to the street. It didn't occur to that was odd until some time later after we had returned home.

Driving on acid is a breeze if you have no problem with the asphalt oozing into the car through the driver’s side window onto your lap.....

Too freaked to drive a car while tripping. I assume it doesn’t happen much.
