Actualy this POS should be body slammed or better.
America is not the same as it used to be in the olden days. Back then vagrants were kept off the streets, mentally ill people were in asylums.

Sounds like a certifiable crazy one at that but that’s par for the course for Bernie supporters.
They’ve always had rights. Portland gives them “dignity.” Dignity Village is Portland’s solution to crazies living on the street.
