Donald Trump has slammed London mayor Sadiq Khan's response to Saturday night's horrifying attack on the city.
'At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is "no reason to be alarmed!"' Trump tweeted.
Trump also used the attack as an opportunity to address critics of US gun laws.
Shortly after his tweet about Khan, he hit out at calls for tighter gun laws in the US, noting that the London attackers didn't use firearms in their attack.

It is not even clear that some of the European nations are allies of the USA anymore.
NATO is indeed obsolete and a useless drain on American focus and finances.
Make alliances with some of the good guys (like Poland and Hungary) and let Eurabia fend for itself.
Well, it would have been interesting - because the Muzzies would have had firearms, too.
Besides, it is hard to get permits for firearms in a lot major US cities, too. For example, nobody but the cops or crooks in LA, SF, Chicago, or NYC would be able shoot back.
Actually, I can’t understand why the terrorstis don’t have firearms. It isn’t that hard to smuggle in firearms; certainly ISIS has the resources. Maybe they’re hoarding their weapons and ammo for something bigger?
I can’t wait for further calls for knife control (which the UK already has!) and vehicle control.

It seems to be Khan’s fate to be misquoted whenever he opens his mouth. He actually said that Londoners shouldn’t be alarmed at the presence of more armed police on the streets. This in a latter part of a TV interview in which he’d already condemned the terrorists in the strongest possible terms.

It stands to reason. The parents who arrive from another country, tend to be grateful towards the host country, because they know it's better than the hellhole from whence they came.
But the offspring have no such concept, and they have influences that tell them that they should not integrate with the host culture, or they think that they are outsiders, even though the host countries have literally bent over backwards to try to make them feel included.
ok I think the London mayor is too understated too, but the “alarmed” comment was about extra cops, not about the terrorism.
