How about:
Voodoo Chile (Slight Return), Jimi Hendrix, followed by
The Cowboy Song, Thin Lizzy, followed by
Whole Lotta Love (complete with blues/rockabilly medley), Led Zeppelin

As I look as eveyone’s lists of great songs, it strikes me that we will never hear our ideal concerts short of the afterlife.

Reading the replies made me think of something - why has the music over the past 15 years or so sucked so badly? Give me anything from the late 50’s to late 90’s over anything since 2000 or so.

I’ll tell you why. Technology makes it easy for anyone to produce their own music on the cheap.

Studio time used to be real expensive, so you had to make sure that time and money was invested wisely.

You know what says it all? That Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, right now is Number 3 on the Album Chart.
