Banks are heavily federally regulated and insured.....Example: lie on a bank loan application and default.....see how fast a federal prosecutor is on your tail...

The loan was some kind of ‘gamble’ that they could enlarge the school and attract more students (the logic to this never appears). The school was not really accredited, so people identify it as a diploma-mill operation. I think if she’d taken the money and gotten them accredited via some association....it would have helped to improve the attendance situation.

BURLINGTON — Jane Sanders has hired attorneys to represent her in a Justice Department probe of a land deal she orchestrated while president of the now-defunct Burlington College.
Trump and his team are not going after Bernie. Obama sycophants are not going after him either. Clinton loyalists holdovers in the FBI and the rest of the Deep State are going after Bernie. These are the same ones trying to take out Trump, but with no luck so far. Make no mistake this is Clinton revenge. I’m sure Bernie did some illegal stuff but not near the extent that Hillary did (or for that matter Obama, Lynch, Holder, etc.)
Jane Sanders received a severance package of $200,000 when the school eased her out as president. The school then proceeded to sub-divide the land it acquired from the Catholic Church and pay off much of the debt it incurred to acquire the parcel in the first place. Still, the school did not generate enough revenue to cover its on-going expenses and remaining debt payments.
The whole thing reeks of the phoniness of college nowadays. Jane Sanders had a doctoral degree from a degree mill. She is not a scholar. The scheme was to attract students to a pricey private college with meaningless majors. The scheme involved borrowing money guaranteed by local government, to be repaid by tuition financed by Pell Grants and guaranteed federal government loans.
Trump is absolutely right to promote apprenticeship programs. We need people with skills, not people who are indoctrinated, indebted and in doubt about their gender identity.
The weird thing about that photo is that they left the right side in. I’m surprised it was not also cropped to look as if the missing man was never in it in the first place.
But how can that be? Bernie is an innocent child, devoid of a foul nature.

To Falsify bank loans with fraudulent collateral figures is not a “kerfuffle”, Its Bank Fraud.
