Judge Napolitano speculated months ago and I agree that this travel ban will be reinstated by at least a 6-3 decision if not unanimously. The immigration statutes could be understood by a 10 year old.

there’s no way a lower court judge should be able to over-rule a president or congress. It should be only the scotus.

Not only did they overrule the president, they extended their ruling nationally, essentially making themselves the unelected president.
