I’ve always thought much of the hype about Hawking being the smartest human to ever live had something to do with his liberal DNA.

He is a theoretical physicist.

That makes him as qualified to discuss climate as bill nye, who is a mechanical engineer.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand just how angry...how frightened...how depressed...how utterly ****ed up Stephen Hawkings is psychologically.

As a result one would be a fool to attach any weight to any political/philosophical opinions he might have.

I’m beginning to believe conspiracy theories that either someone hacked his chair, or its AI has become sentient and is holding him prisoner

If Stephen doesn’t shut up, his chair might go over the cliff.

Hawking has been dependent on others for his most basic needs for decades. If that doesn’t make one a liberal, I don’t know what would.

To protect hawking and his legacy, some family member or some close collegue needs to limit the media’s access to hawking.

It’s clear hawking is no longer able to act in his own best interest.

The atmosphere of Venus is 96% carbon dioxide. The atmosphere of Earth is .04% (not 4%, 4/100ths of a percent). Doubt that Trump, even if he was a maniacal mad scientist, could get Earth to Venus levels.

Stephen Hawking is best known for his discovery that black holes emit radiation which can be detected by special instrumentation. His discovery has made the detailed study of black holes possible.

Perhaps he should have made the study of another hole impossible.

Hawking’s best days are past

What best days ? The guy is a novelist. His claim to fame is writing books for the general public. He is also an avowed leftist and was built up by the media for his condition because it made a compelling story. There is nothing super extra ordinary in his research.
