Do you think Trump and Americans may have been in a different situation with Mueller if the DOJ had issued a RFP (Request For Proposal)with a demand and listing of the staffing and their histories before appointing Mueller. This is standard procedure everywhere except crooked operations. Congress may want to revisit the ENABLING statutes pronto, with an eye to improving them, hold PUBLIC hearings, especially with “expert witnesses” Mueller and others. You know, analogous to the United States Congress Joint Committee on the Conduct of the War (Civil War that is)
