I have no idea why our Chief Executive hasn’t removed her clearance.

If Sessions thinks that this country will accept some sort of plea deal for Clinton he’s sick in the head.

The only "security clearance" she needs is a body search as she comes in from the exercise yard to return to her cell.

I hope you understand that to bring any of these a-holes to trial with a hostile jury pool will cause immense political damage with the almost certain dismissal from a petit jury.
Unless the indictment is sought in Utah you can pretty much forget about it except for the damaging publicity value of investigations.
Most Republicans would be happy to see the Harpy indicted and convicted. As you say the LawLess Democrats will stop it by “jury nullification.”
