However it is not yet clear whether formal steps to enforce the ban have yet been taken or how it will affect serving personnel. Simple. Males are XY Chromosome and Females are XX. Males have a uniforms, females have uniforms. Enforce the dress codes based on your sex.

I am guessing there was a flood of so-called ‘trans’ signing up to get free treatment.
They cannot serve on the front lines if going through surgeries and recovering. By the time they recover, their duty time will be up. Free education, free sex-change, free room, board, and health care. And on top of that, everyone scared to look at you the wrong way or not accommodate your every whim for fear of the government. A total a free ride chock full of all kinds of wonderful perks!
