Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe signed an executive order late Friday halting demonstrations at Lee Monument in Richmond for the next 90 days. That order violates the First Amendment.
In spite of weeks of preparation, the city of Charlottesville was the target of an act of domestic terrorism that cost one woman her life, and had a helicopter accident lead to the deaths of two state troopers, McAuliffe said in a statement that accompanied the executive order:

This EO sounds like an admission from McAuliffe that the state police failed to do their duty in Charlottesville. Dangerous legal strategy.
Why isn’t McAuliffe being arrested?
Probably not under Virginia law because of the doctrine of contributory negligence to bar recovery.
Heather was part of a mob that had taken over a public street, was chanting "Whose street? Our street!", was impeding and surrounding vehicles lawfully trying to pass through, which mob included some people with bats and clubs and other weapons wearing helmets and masks and may have been intimidating or even threatening or attacking vehicles.
It would depend on a close analysis of what videos show her exact position and participation was. If she was in the middle of the street when cars had the right of way, then probably no.
Trump needs to order the justice Department to arrest McAuliffe for murder and sedition.
I’m sure the judge in Hawaii will put an immediate stop to this
Virginia needs to get rid of this carpet bagging SOB.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Clintons were involved.
Free Speech downed a Helicopter.
Got it.
It used to be that the police only followed the law and no elected official could force them to act otherwise. It reminds me of a quote from Dr. Thomas Sowell, “Much of the social history of the Western world, over the past three decades, has been a history of replacing what worked with what sounded good.”
As the headline said, a clear violation of the First Amendment.
You may not have noticed but Republicans do as well.
Terrorism:
The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.
Seems to describe most of what's going on today perfectly...sugar coating it won't help anyone.
McAuliffe is from New York, not New Jersey.
Poor McAwful ratcheted up the lefties to create a bigger resist movement and now he is desperately trying to avoid further consequences of his craven act. I can’t wait for the lawsuits, if they ever see the light of day, to discover who and what started the violence and from where it was advocated. I’m betting McAwful is in the middle of it all.
Probably got the idea from Syracuse, NY. The ‘Rats running Syracuse refused to issue a permit to some group.
Even worse.

I am not so sure this is a bad idea.
There was a rally scheduled for Richmond in September regarding the very prominent Lee statue there. I believe the person who requested the rally, who was trying to protect the statue, has since then cancelled his request.
If there were to be a rally in Richmond in the next few months, I am afraid the entire city might burn down.
But as long as there are no rallies permitted, there should be statue removals either.
Is this the same terry mcaulliffe that was involved with sara the gun banner bitch ?
