The French are finding out the hard way that a country can host tourists or Islamists, but NOT both.
I can’t think of anything more frightening (outside of death) or horrifying for a woman than an acid attack. I hope the women are ok.

My daughter is doing study abroad. I told her Austria, Poland , Hungary or somewhere in Asia. Those are the choices.

There are still many areas in Europe safe to travel. My son is hiking in Scotland this week, my other son was in Italy early summer although I was apprehensive when next he went to Barcelona and Ibiza. Thank God he never encountered any trouble.
