The FBI released its official crime tally for 2016 on Monday, and the data flies in the face of the rhetoric that professional athletes rehearsed in revived Black Lives Matter protests over the weekend.
Nearly 900 additional blacks were killed in 2016 compared with 2015, bringing the black homicide victim total to 7,881. Those 7,881 “black bodies,” in the parlance of Ta-Nehisi Coates, are 1,305 more than the number of white victims (which in this case includes most Hispanics) for the same period, though blacks are only 13 percent of the nation’s population.
The increase in black homicides last year comes on top of a previous 900-victim increase between 2014 and 2015.
Who is killing these black victims? Not whites, and not the police, but other blacks.
In 2016, the police fatally shot 233 blacks, the vast majority armed and dangerous, according to the Washington Post. The paper categorized only 16 black male victims of police shootings as “unarmed.” That classification masks assaults against officers and violent resistance to arrest.
Contrary to the Black Lives Matter narrative, the police have much more to fear from black males than black males have to fear from the police. In 2015, a police officer was 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male was to be killed by a police officer.
Black males have made up 42 percent of all cop-killers over the last decade, though they are only 6 percent of the population.

It's like an endless ringing in the ears.
Today there is a story posted about concern that stock photographs are "too white". There are too many photos of white people in the inventory and not enough of blacks and browns.
Any serious concern about race is drowned out by those who see racism everywhere. They see racism as the cause of all black woes and justify bad black behavior as a response to racism.
People are sick of this constant whining, racist bullcrap.
Especially from ill informed, semi-literate, black multi-millionaires who are complaining about racism but have their basic facts wrong.

You’re so right. But then, these creatures were never concerned about the facts, or the truth. And they probably never will be.
And getting further down to the root is the destruction of the black family with no fathers.
16 unarmed blacks killed by cops in a year. Many of these were violently resisting. Surely each was investigated in minute detail.
But BLM “says” this is what they’re all about.
Let this sink in: the NFL is losing $10-20M per each lost life incident, profit, in one year.

1) were trying to grab officer's gun
2) not complying with officers commands
3) making furtive movements putting cops in fear of life,
4) fleeing and creating a clear and danger to public
5) previously armed blacks who ditched their gun but the cops still thought they were armed.
Shocking stats. Wonder if any MSM outlet will air/print any of this? Very sad.
The problem with men is this: men make women and kids miserable with their drinking and drugging, refusal to pick up after themselves, irresponsibility, violence, and stupidity. So a prescription for more men in the house is not going to solve the problem.
What will solve the problem is to have men and women who know how to control their base instincts, are healthy mentally so they are not self medicating with drinking and drugging, working for a living even though they regard it as beneath them to work for another, leading by example and doing away with authoritarian beatings and whippings, educating themselves and getting in the habit of picking up after themselves.

I am sick of this “they need fathers” mantra because that is not what they need. They need adult men who are loving, responsible, menatlally and emogtionally hatlthy.

One of those 19 unarmed black males was in Baltimore County,MD and was caught on video. In a alley, a cop caught a black kid doing something wrong. The kid (18 or so) refused the cops order to stop. Cop draws weapon. Kid reaches behind back as if he’s pulling a gun. Kid makes sudden move pulling hand back and receives several shots to the chest.
It almost became a big issue. Police released video and immediately the situation settled down.
