Days after Donald Trump won the presidential election in November 2016, thousands flocked to the streets of New York City to demonstrate against the president elect in a protest organized by a Kremlin-connected Facebook page called BlackMattersUS, The Hill reports. Between 5,000 and 10,000 people attended the protest organized by the Facebook page, which, according to an archived screen grab, had more than 99,000 likes.
“Join us in the streets! Stop Trump and his bigoted agenda!” the Facebook event page reads for the protest, which was called “Trump is NOT my President. March against Trump.” “Divided is the reason we just fell,” it reads. “We must unite despite our differences to stop HATE from ruling the land.”

America is comfortable for most people even those who have it rough- case in point I was talking with the lovely couple who have immigrated here from Sri Lanka and I was asking them questions about it. The topic of there civil war came up and they explained how brutal it was. Then we were talking about lifes difficulties and getting through them and it came out that as a child the wife had to walk over around dead bodies on the way to school. Come again I said. Well we had a couple of snow days i replied. Both of them love it here and are prospering - I suspect they voted for Trump as well.
Yes, they appreciate America and will be/are assets to our society.

During the election on Facebook there was far more anti-Trump absolute fake “news” and ads than anything that was for him in any way. It has always been a huge joke to me that people voted for him because of anything that was on Facebook. People that believed the stuff that flooded FB during the election would have voted against him, not for him.
