Gillespie campaign blaming President Trump.

But there’s a bigger story.

Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.

Gillespie is no friend of Trump. So he lost.

Did the Republican elites put Gillespie in the race as a sacrificial lamb to lose and then blame it on the President?

This is a MESSAGE to the liars, serial liars,
prevaricators, and stinking liars in the GOP
— which means ALL OF THEM since they voted for
Ryan and McConnell presuming it gave them
plausible deniability.

“Repudiation of Trump.”

This is the GOPe talking point, first uttered by GOPe stooge Britt Hume last night.

If the GOPe/Deep State succeed(as it looks like they will)in halting Trump’s agenda the Deep State/UniParty will regain complete control of the government by 2020.

Kind of silly, except in the sense republicans including Trump already were losing in Virginia.

So much Bullflop.

I feel sorry for REAL Virginians. Maybe it’s time to calve off from beltway Virginia. Either a new state or join with West Virginia (they seem to be throwing off the union democrat mantle)

On January 20, 2017 I posted, and said, that Trump had six months to decide whether or not to repudiate and attempt to destroy the Republican Party.

Do not lie to yourselves. Last night was a victory for The Resistance. The Democrats have evolved under the pressure of defeat (which is what is supposed to happen). They are a new party. They know what they want - Hillary out, POC leaders in, a powerful state to suppress dissident speech and thought, with force if necessary, and a bright shining communist future.

Trumpism (and Trump is by no means a Republican) is the only opposition force powerful enough to defeat the rising Red Menace. And Bannon is quite correct - wishy-washy support for the President a la Ryan and McConnell is no support at all.

It’s too late now to replace the GOP for 2018. It’s true that Gillespie was foolish to run as a Trump-ambivalent candidate.

This failure has converted the Alabama Senate race into a must-win.

Could be. But, i'd like any analysts/pollsters to ask ask voters

Name ONE thing the republican party (besides Trump) has done in the last year.

If the only answer is Stop Trump, find out if that makes them more or less likely to vote for someone with an R. The vote could be Trump-related without being anti-Trump. Or not. We may never know since everything we hear will be spun.

If voters don't have an answer to republican accomplishments, then analysts/pollsters have an answer in that (Rs are useless).

Might be true IF Gillespie wasn’t a dyed-in-the-wool Establishment RINO that RAN AWAY from Trump every chance he got.

Gillespie is a Bushie—i.e., loyal to the Bush Crime Family. The vote is another repudiation of the Bush Crime Family.

But there are those who continue to shield the Bush Crime Family from the consequences of their crimes.

Mitch McConnell: “You have to nominate people who can actually win because Winners make policy and losers go home.”

So, Mitch’s globalist/open-borders nominee in Virginia goes down in an ignoble landslide defeat. And the candidate he unsuccessfully spent millions to defeat, the patriot Roy Moore of Alabama is on his way to a landslide victory next month.

Lesson learned: Ignore the McConnell/Rove/RINO crowd and pay careful attention to Steve Bannon when it comes to 2018 primary candidates to support.

Yup. Conservative everywhere may as well stay home from the mid terms because we’ll just be wasting our time. NOT! Sadly the rural Virginians will be saddled with the will of the belt way progressives who live in some of the wealthiest counties in the country. A voter map may show different but then again.....

I think this clearly demonstrates that conservatives reject RINO establishment types at ALL levels. Federal, state and local, conservatives are no longer willing to give the treacherous RINOs *any* stake in the game.

And this is the establishment RINOs own fault. For decades they have stabbed conservatives in the back, joined with Democrats, even radicals, to defeat conservatives, and generally ignored conservatives with great disdain and contempt.

Sure, multinational corporations and globalist billionaires have been more than willing to pour hundreds of millions of dollars into *their* representatives, so in exchange, the RINOs betray the United States and sell their souls to these corporatists.

But finally, the rank and file conservatives have had enough. They tried to offer the RINOs a place at the table, at least at the childrens’ table, but that didn’t even slow down the RINO arrogance and bad behavior.

So now, for them, nothing. And once the reigns of power are firmly in the hands of conservatives, nothing short of a purge of RINOs is in order. No positions of power or authority in the national or state parties.

None, nothing, not.

I'm sure they would like to think so but I don't think it was a repudiation of anyone except Gillespie.

The worst thing about Gillespie's loss is that it saves the Democrats from six months of bickering and finger-pointing and back-biting that a Gillespie win would have produced. Instead of fighting over that they have more time to try and come up with a coherent message for 2018.

If anyone is wondering why Gillespie didn’t excite real Americans, the fact that this whisper sounds true is the reason. I made a big get-out-the-vote effort, both online and in person. It was frustrating. It’s hard to sell a candidate whose best selling point is that he’s not as bad as the other guy.
