A Report Card on the Department of Justice under Sessions.

Well, Trump has been in office for a full one year period. When Obama came to office, he immediately went to work dismantling our Constitution. We know well how he remade the DOJ and FBI. When Trump took over he found a carbon copy of the militarized police forces of Nazi Germany, the KGB all wearing the uniforms of the American Justice enforcement agencies.

Trump made many promises to the American people. Many of which are being implemented. This post discusses ONLY those promises related to the DOJ...Justice. For a nation that no longer follows the rule of law is a nation of men. It is not a nation of laws. If we cannot recover...and stay as a nation ruled by men, then our nation is OVER.

Trump appointed Mr. Sessions to take over this most important role. It's been one year. How has he been doing?

Hillary investigated - NO ACTION.
Holder investigated - NO ACTION
Clapper investigated - NO ACTION
Wall street collusion - NO ACTION
Takeover of the DNC by Hillary - NO ACTION
Pay for Play - NO ACTON
Stealing SAP documentation - NO ACTION
Selling nuclear stockpiles - NO ACTION
Giving $7 Billion to South Africa - NO ACTION
Giving $150 Billion to Iran - No ACTION
DNC accepting foreign funds - NO ACTION
Operation Fast & Furious - NO ACTION
White House staffing & kickback scheme(s) - NO ACTION
Attacking Libya without following War Powers Act - NO ACTION
Obamacare waivers to politically connected donors - NO ACTION
Louis Learner arrested and jailed - NO ACTION
Adding new federal departments with no congressional oversight - NO ACTION
Illegally ending the welfare-to-work requirements - NO ACTION
$800 billion in stimulus cash for “shovel-ready” jobs that didn’t exist - NO ACTION
Authorizing assassinations and drone strikes to kill American citizens abroad - NO ACTION
Violated all immigration policies - NO ACTION
Ordered NASA to make one of its top priorities not space exploration or scientific research but “Muslim outreach.” Instead of just calling it what it was; a transfer of money direct to Muslim nations - NO ACTION
Used the IRS to harass conservative businesses. - NO ACTION

Well... if nothing is being done here, than what is being done? OK. We cannot really complain. There are prototypes of possible walls for the Mexico - USA border.

That is about it.

If Sessions worked for me, I would give him a "F-" in job performance. In fact, his incompetence is so bad, that I actually wonder whether he s merely incompetent, or rather an intentional deep-state plant. Who's role s as a "placeholder" until a more "favorable" pro-deep state president can be elected.

Funny about this...

All my Conservative friends talk about this, but no where does anyone write about this. Why? Why is everyone afraid to talk about the elephant in the room? Not even el Rusbo talks about the absolute horrible lack of activity in the DOJ. What about that?

Well, Trump has been in office for a full one year period.

Not until mid-January, my FRiend. And we're not there yet.

When Trump took over he found a carbon copy of the militarized police forces of Nazi Germany, the KGB all wearing the uniforms of the American Justice enforcement agencies.

At best, this mixed metaphor is stated backwards. Law enforcement training had already been Clintonized back in the late '90s, and compleed when the "Homeland Security" Department was fashioned in the Bush era, which is a direct literal translation of "Geheime Staatspolizei" (GeStaPo).

Don't sell Sessions short. He was just made head of an executive function with its own will, already populated by adversaries. He was wise to recuse himself from the "Russia-Trump-Hillary" probe so he could reform the DoJ without making it look like someone had slammed the henhouse with a baseball bat. He's got a ways to go, and you need to give him time to exercise his experience and political skill. We don't want another Obama-Holder-Lerner trinity model to govern the application of our laws.

Cut Sessions a little slack, eh?

You think that he needs SOME MORE TIME. That we should CUT HIM SOME SLACK.

That’s what companies do, eh? You hire someone to do a job, and one year in that haven’t accomplished anything, and all the high visible roles they excused themselves out of....

OK. You go to Starbucks and order a Coffee. And the worker there says, “sorry, but I must recuse myself”. And you just stand there for a wile wondering what is going on. Then a guy comes over...says he’s going to make your coffee, but starts instead to break into your car.

You see this and get angry.

So you go up to the Manager to complain. And he says ah the guy is new. Cut him some slack.

But you stand there and watch this guy playing on his cell phone. You see hm eating some of the food under the counter, and even pouring himself a coffee!

Meanwhile the guy who s supposed to be making your coffee, has broken into your car and has your radio under one arm, and your hubcaps in the other...

Hey you yell at the manager....DO SOMETHING!

The Manager, just says... He’s been at his job for less than a year. He just doesn’t have the experience yet. He’s just feeling his way through things....

....YEAH RIGHT.

When Sessions has little value, The Donald will replace him, eh? With what, my FRiend? Think ahead. Your knee-jerk approach doesn't work, in government or in business.

There's got to be another agenda going on with those who despise AG Sessions. I agree with you that he had to recuse himself. If he hadn't the bad guys would've kept him from doing his real job 24/7 with "Russia, Russia, Russia". There seem to be next to no leaks coming out of Justice. It took a few months before he figured out who in the DOJ wasn't a traitor. He's been strong about stopping stopping and reversing the invasion of the US. His initiatives almost always are held up by rogue judges; he has to work carefully and methodically with careful adherence to the law so initiatives can wind through the courts.

And, who would replace him? I suspect the swampthing "Republicans" with claws would make it impossible for anyone except a Deep State globalist to fill the position. The uproar in the US Senate would reach the point of impeachment talk.

AG Sessions is not a globalist. He believes in the Constitution, States Rights, and the rule of law. One has to wonder what the real agenda is of those who want to remove AG Sessions.

Look guys, I don’t want to be too hard on Sessions. That being stated, what has he ACCOMPLISHED?

What efforts are being taken by the DOJ to undo 8 years of reverse-discrimination, and the war on White People? Which colleges and universities are being held into account of selecting lower qualified people over better qualified people simply because of their race?

OK. Give him some time to put a team together to investigate Holder, Learner, and Hillary? I could do that within two months, and I am not even in Washington. In fact, some of the most basic steps can be accomplished rather simply.

I would like to think that there is another agenda gong on. I would like to think that Donald is playing a game of 5D chess. I would like to believe that actions are being taken, and we are unaware of them because they are not being published...

The truth is, if there were actual actions and activities going on...then all of the swamp would be trembling with fear. They would b afraid to do anything to anger Trump. But that is NOT what we are seeing. Instead, we are seeing the exact opposite.

We elected Donald because he is a DOER. But his selection of support staff and their counter productive actions is hurting and not helping him.

Thus...in retort...

Please name 10 things that Jeff Sessions has done since he because the head of the DOJ. know it is hard. I will settle for three. Just stop defending the guy. My report card is straight forward. He gets and F-. Prove me wrong.

Prove me wrong.

I honestly do not think Sessions could successfully organize a Girl scout cookie sale in front of a Wal Mart.
Pathetic hack.

Sessions doesn’t report to Vannarox. Remember when Trump said during the campaign that we won’t announce that we’re going to attack Syria in 60 days. Now 30 days. Now tomorrow.?? This is the same thing. Investigations take time, and Trump won’t do them in the media, or ask permission, or advice from FReepers.

Go get a second hobby, and put your crybaby act up on a shelf for a while.

An honorable man, which Mr. Sessions holds himself to be, would resign if he found himself so hamstrung by the need to serially recuse that he could not execute the major functions of his job. He is taking a paycheck and a billet that might be put to better use by another not so compromised. The nation is in crisis. It needs an active and vigorous Attorney General. Resign, Mr. Sessions.

Will Monday shed any light? All those sealed indictments and as I understand it (I may be wrong on this) the name of the filer is not disclosed. Could these indictments be from Sessions? Just asking, and hoping. A Saudi type round-up would do my heart good!

America needs an active and vigorous Attorney General. That's all that I am saying. I see no evidence of it.

To better understand my point of view, please compare Eric Holder to Jeff Sessions. Which one helped to further the agenda of his President better?

I contend that our current DOJ head is either completely incompetent, or working in the interests of the Washington DC swamp. No other conclusion is possible. I have NOT seen anyone show me evidence to the contrary.

SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE.

I take note that NO ONE can provide evidence that Jeff Sessions is doing his job. Only that he is a mere figurehead and placeholder.

I await the evidence to prove that he deserves a "D-" instead of the "F-" that I have rated him.

“Only that he is a mere figurehead and placeholder.”

If a placeholder, I wonder who’s in line to take that place, and why it’s taking so long to move Sessions out.

Aside from recusing himself, the asshole’s only major pronouncement was that he was going to step up unconstitutional asset seizures.

Tell me again this skank loves the Constitution.

Sessions was a fine senator, an early Trump supporter and appears to be a decent, honorable man. He has worked hard on MS-13 invading this country, on the opioid addiction problem and the scourge of “legalized” mary jane in this country. I think he is also moving behind the scene to clean up DOJ and the FBI. That, my friend, is a huge job as both of the groups have been highly politically weaponized. I am not giving him a pass, I just believe there is more going on than we know and he should have the benefit of the doubt. Trump is no shrinking violet. If Sessions is truly not up to the job, Trump will fire him. I wonder sometimes if the Swamp isn’t behind all the “Sessions is doing nothing” propaganda, but I believe in conspiracies more than most people.
