Alabama Polls: Judge Roy Moore Maintains Double Digit Lead [Tr]

MONTGOMERY, Alabama — Two new polls demonstrate that GOP nominee for the U.S. Senate Judge Roy Moore remains unaffected entirely by smears in the Washington Post against him, and his lead before the Post piece on Thursday afternoon remains intact. One of the polls, which were both provided by the pollster to Breitbart News exclusively on Saturday evening, was conducted on Thursday morning before the publication of the Post piece that afternoon. The second one was conducted on Sunday evening. Together, they show Judge Moore’s lead over Democrat Doug Jones has been virtually unaffected since the Post story came out.

“labamians know a RAT-RINO Uniparty Fake News hit job when they see, hear, and smell the corruption.”

But to see it on a national scale, one only has to watch SeeBS Sunday Morning. Today the fake news queen Jane pauley told a story of how Donald Trump poured a glass of wine on a women’s back at a party sometime in the past. Pure hearsay, but there she was telling a blatant rumor as fact.
That has finally convinced my wife to say no more Sunday Morning. She used to like it, even with the propaganda. Every story had to twist in a slam on Trump. Even the Puerto Rico wimp story.
I will not miss it!

Now if Judge Moore wins will McConnell seat him?

He will unless he wants several million Alabamians marching on D.C.

I doubt McConnell will try anything like that. It’s almost unheard of and McConnell knows he’s strongly disliked for his uniparty affiliation 🤡already But we will see

Its Alabama. It will take hell freezing over for them to elect a liberal Democrat.

All the GOP did is get a bunch of people in Alabama pissed off.

Not just Alabama either. It was so obviously a coordinated hit job, they didn't even try to be subtle.

Think people are pissed off now? Wait until Moore decisively wins and the Senate moves to expel him.

Yeah, this doesn’t matter. Electing Roy Moore will happen, but the Establishment will impeach him and eject him, based on unproven allegations.

The Establishment no longer concerns itself with the petty concerns of the people.

>>Combine that with the savage assault on Rand Paul — who is, come to think of it, from Kentucky — and I’m beginning to smell a Rat in Mitch clothing.

IMO, the attack on Rand Paul was attempted murder. It made me sick last night to see Greg Gutfield and his guests actually make light of the attack, cracking jokes, etc., it was just horrible to see.

I don’t know the Senate rules for expelling a member, so bear with me.

Under what justification would they try to expel Moore if he gets elected?

If someone is elected in a free and fair election, there better be a damn good reason for even suggesting not seating or expelling someone.

After all we have gone through with Bill Clinton, there would actually be some move to expel someone over unsubstantiated allegations from decades ago? Allegations which were never ever brought into the legal system???

This is dangerous territory if we go there, in my opinion. Then you can expel anyone for any reason, on any trumped up charge. That is not who we are, if I can paraphrase Obama; that’s not how this country operates, to get rid of a member of Congress for no actual legal reason.

It takes 2/3rds of the Senate to expel a member, something that hasn't happened since the Civil War. Several have resigned since then rather than face expulsion. Seeing how seemingly every GOP Senator loathes Roy Moore, it would be fairly easy to come up with a 2/3rds vote for expulsion.

The Senate can expel a member for anything or nothing, at any time. Obviously, the reason given will be these current charges of sexual impropriety for actions that may or may not have happened 40 years ago but the real reason is under no circumstances does the GOP want Judge Moore in the Senate. He's a swamp-drainer. They want Luther Strange. He's part of the club, and there may be a path for Strange to return to the Senate if Moore is expelled.

So RealClearPolitics and the LA Times and all MSM outlets don’t report this poll, but they do report the poll that shows Jones in the lead. Why?

Notice how Alabama.com cherry picks the one poll that shows Jones in the lead as their headline, then passingly mentions all the other polls that show Moore still in the lead.

http://www.al.com/news/huntsville/index.ssf/2017/11/doug_jones_takes_lead_on_roy_m.html

Realclearpolitics ONLY posts the Jones poll in their average.

Reports are coming out that the WaPo has been offering women money to claim that they had an inappropriate affair with Judge Moore.

Vote for Moore and if actual evidence comes out that says he did it then guess what he resigns and there is a special election, please God don’t let Alabama vote for a Democrat.

Too bad. I was hoping the hit job would significantly INCREASE his lead. Send his campaign a contribution, even if only a sawbuck, to show the haters we’re on to their game.
