Uh, yeah, let's ban the term "fake news" even though people in three other countries increasingly believe that the "mainstream" media peddle fabricated stories. Naturally, that makes zero sense to anyone but fake news CNN.
Oh, it is indeed a howler that it's CNN, the chief purveyor of fake news, leading the charge to ban the term "fake news"! However, I have a proposition for CNN: we'll consider banning the term "fake news" when CNN completely quits broadcasting fake news ...

Just wait til the Koch Brothers buy CNN, combine it with Time, and make a deal with Murdock to merge the whole works in with Fox News.

Ban the term “fake news?”
This from a CNN, a network that spent millions hiring experts and push poll meisters during the 2016 presidential election cycle, wrongly called the election continually for Clinton by 10 points plus, and is still dying from chagrined apoplexy at its own alternate reality?
Hey, CNN is fake news personified. Its their own sword CNN is still falling on.
No wonder they want the term “fake news” banned.
May CNN and the entire MSM fake news system of fake news propaganda continue to tank rapidly.
May Woof Bitcher soon be out of a job.

Ah, the irony. CNN has chosen to blame - brace yourself - social media for this. Not one look in the mirror, oh hell no, not themselves, it's somebody else's fault.
So what can be done?
Stop lying. That's what can be done. And it won't be.

I agree, let’s ban the term “ fake news”.
And replace it with network orchastrated, deceptive, misleading, false, politically motivated stories designed to deceive unsuspecting news consumers. (. Needs work to form a catchy acronym )

Remember Hillary and CNN started the term fake news. They used to like it before Trump took it over.

There is already a preexisting word for what is popularly referred to as “fake news”. It’s called propaganda.

Ban the term 'fake news' Yes maybe.
I propose a term which expresses the true nature of CNN's output content, which is nothing more than democrat propaganda.
Put simply: RATaganda

Not sure what makes people think that they have the power to ban anything at all.
People can’t make anything go away or stop anything from occurring.

I firmly believe that the news is now sold to the highest revenue stream laundered thru N.G.O.'s, foundations, and such. Much the same pay to play like the Clinton Foundation. Instead it is now "Pay to say".
The content is directed by the buyer.
