(Vanity) Flynn Judge Likely Also Signed FISA Warrant

Posted on 12/07/2017 7:05:06 PM PST by TigerClaws

The Judge recused himself tonight from Flynn's sentencing hearing. Why?

His Bio:

Judge Rudolph “Rudy” Contreras was appointed to the District Court in March 2012. Prior to joining the District Court, Judge Contreras served from 2006 to 2012 as the Chief of the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office of the District of Columbia. In that capacity, he supervised 39 Assistant United States Attorneys who defend and bring civil cases on behalf of the United States. Judge Contreras was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1984 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Following law school, Judge Contreras joined the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, where he was an Associate in the General Litigation Group. In 1994, Judge Contreras joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division, where he was responsible for a wide array of cases, including employment, Federal Tort Claims Act, Administrative Procedure Act, Bivens and Affirmative Civil Enforcement matters. In 2003, Judge Contreras left the D.C. Office to become the Chief of the Civil Division for the United States Attorney's Office in Delaware, where he oversaw that civil program and personally handled a wide variety of matters, including environmental and health care fraud cases.

Yes.

The Judge taking Flynn's plead deal was most likely the same Judge who signed the FISA warrant based on the Fusion GPS fake dossier which lead to the illegal surveilance of Trump and his team which led to... the plead deal by Flynn.

FWIW. Not sure if legit.

@ThomasWictor
He signed the FISA warrant to spy on Flynn but didn’t tell Flynn’s lawyers.
So someone confronted him with that inconvenient fact—in the form of raw signals intelligence—and now he’s begging for mercy by puking out his guts to the DOJ.

Obama spied on Trump. He used the institutions of law enforcement and national security to gain intelligence on a a political enemy and help a political ally. In so doing, he committed crimes far worse than Watergate.

I’m beginning to wonder if there ever was a FISA warrant. Maybe they just tapped team trump without a warrant?

Ditto

Once public, SC needs to be created for FISA abuse and watch the top Obama rats flee the country.

Both Sessions and Wray should have already known that this was going on but they apparently did not know. If either knew, they would not have gone after Flynn. The Flynn charges should now be dropped.

Actually, General Flynn and his lawyers need to see this, as it may blow up EVERYTHING!

The entire disastrous mess with Flynn included Flynn being wrongfully “Unmasked”!

If this was indeed one of the judges involved, this really needs to get out ASAP!

This is getting better all the time - instead of having a reason to pardon any who got/get caught up in this crap, Trump has a duty to pardon them....
