There have been signs, robo-calls, radio ads, etc that have said “vote or die”, or “we’ll know who you vote for”, etc the past two to three weeks telling the sheeple to vote for jones “or else”.

The allegation is all they need. Truth or facts are not even considered relevant, just the seriousness of the charge.........Odd, how for eight years they wwere not interested in any of the ‘allegations’ against Bill Clinton and now they are claiming the Self-righteous high ground..............................

Yes. As much as the media offends me, it’s the voters who have the choice. They blew it. Maybe next time, they’ll smarten up.

The only person to blame is the candidate himself.

It does not require much to get dogs to eat their own vomit. Humans are a different story; but, unfortunately, some men are worse than dogs.

Eventually the black race will abort, shoot, and drug itself out of existence.

Don’t look to me to be crying over the demise of rabid dogs.

Hannity is not to blame. He is a conservative, but he is still a journalist. He was the first interview Moore did after the Washington Post smear story and he asked fair questions. Moore came off as evasive. Moore should have been better prepared.

Moore needed to get the full truth out right away. His wife is 14 years younger than him (They were married in 1985). When Moore was 30-ish, fresh out of the military and a young lawyer, he probably did date some young women in their late teens or early 20s. In the Alabama in late 1970’s, that probably wasn’t considered inappropriate and certainly not illegal. For most of human history, that wouldn’t have been considered unusual or inappropriate.

In that first interview, Moore needed to clearly acknowledge what was true, and clearly deny the smear of illegal activity.

Also, Moore needed to be out on the campaign trail the last few weeks, rather than hiding and letting Trump campaign for him from beyond the borders of the state. In the end, if 25,000 more conservatives show up to vote for Moore, he is the Senator, flawed or not flawed. An active campaign in the last few weeks would have accomplished that.

Hannity was trying to help Moore by lobbing up meatballs for Moore to hit out of the park.

Hannity sounded a lot more like a prosecutor than you likely will admit. You must answer Tic toc.

“And younger whites being more lib in general”

Millennials are a worthless breed. They will be the death of this Republic. 99 percent of millennials are Marxists.

In politics money is of course the mother’s milk of politics, but message almost always beats money.

Depends on who the electorate is to a large degree. Walking around money goes a lot farther in Chicago or DC than it does in Wyoming.

Hell to the NO.

Don’t you remember the day before the interview? I do. I was listening to Hannity in the car and I found him over the top supporting Moore and not believing the allegations. My mind was a bit more open. I saw a lot of smoke for the allegations to be completely written off, on day one. I figured the swamp was after this guy, but I was concerned.

And after three hours on radio slavishly defending Moore, he got him on his show the very next day. I missed the interview but I heard the end of Hannity’s radio show after it. I was stunned that Sean was no longer supporting Moore blindly. What had happened? Found out on FR he’d interviewed him. Went to read the transcript.

It was clear why Sean had to moderate his tune. He had tried to pin Moore down as NOT having chosen to date teen girls in his thirties, trying to clear his name from that charge. It is a bad charge, even though your grandmother married at 16. It still doesn’t sound right in 2017.

But Moore had come on Hannity wholly unprepared to respond to this huge question. If Moore is a good man, but did date teens when he was over 30, he would have said so. He is a JUDGE in a very high court. There is no way for him not to know the truth is his BEST FRIEND in cases like this. The truth would have helped him.

“Yes, in my thirties I was attracted to young, of age women, and I even married a younger woman, and once I fell in love with my wife, I never looked at anyone else. We’ve had X blissful years together. I never dated anyone below the age of consent.” Problem disappeared.

But Sean had been turned off by Moore’s equivocal, dishonest answers, which led him to believe Moore was lying or hiding SOMETHING. That just won’t do. Moore was evidently NOT such a great guy in his thirties. A VERY flawed candidate even with the heaps of powdered sugar and halo placed on him by FReepers.

It’s his own fault he lost.

Hannity is no journalist. Believing that is an error that many folks in this forum make.

Hannity is an entertainer, an opiner , a gadfly.

Generally, he talks out of his ass. I would be careful about putting any faith in his reporting.

We should be grateful Sean is a very honest person. He has MORE EXPERIENCE THAN WE DO in interviewing the powerful. He went into the interview in FULL SUPPORT of the guy, wanting to keep the seat, just like us. At the end of the interview, Hannity, who has a teen daughter himself, simply felt his BS meter go off. He did not feel the judge was being truthful. Nor did I. You want to believe. You want that seat to stay R. But you just can’t believe a liar.

Be glad Sean is that honest that even his support for Moore thereafter was tinged with Sean’s knowledge Moore wasn’t 100% on the up and up.

Obviously, the “good” (***chuckle***snort***guffaw!) people of Alabama prefer abortion on demand, partial birth abortion, the selling of fetal body parts, sodomy, same sex “marriage,” open borders and taxes up the wazoo. Last night, they proved, beyond all doubt, that those are their exclusive preferences. So much for being “Bible-believing Christians.” Cowards, and worldly hypocrites would be the more accurate a description.

The black population will be the death of this country. Bet on it. The great majority of them are incorrigible reprobates.

accused Trump, who is their real target now.

Shiela Jackson Lee is demanding that the Trump women be heard at the Rosenstein hearings this morning.

So it begins.

It was a foolish decision on their part.

Moore could have been replaced later if it was proved that he actually did anything wrong.

In the meantime, this hurts the country and their own interests.

Sean is to blame.

He allowed Moore to go live on the air and give one of the WORST political speeches in recent memory.

Moore made a public spectacle of himself on the Sean Hannity show.

So yeah. Sean is at fault.

(rolls eyes)
