A valid recount in Alabama is impossible because the paper ballots (evidence) is being destroyed as we speak.
The Alabama Supreme Court stayed a lower court’s order to election officials that would have required the preservation of voting records in Tuesday’s Senate special election.
A circuit judge on Monday ordered election officials to set voting machines to save all digital ballot images, which would preserve voting records in the event of a recount.
Alabama’s AL.com said Tuesday morning that the state’s Supreme Court had blocked the order.
A group of four Alabama voters filed a lawsuit last Thursday arguing that the state is required by law to preserve the images. The voters’ attorney, Priscilla Duncan, said that the circuit judge’s order would protect votes if there were an “election challenge.”
“People think that when they mark the ballots and they go into the machine that that’s what counted,” Duncan told AL.com. “But it’s not, the paper ballot is not what’s counted. That ballot is scanned and they destroy [the ballots] after the election.”
The judge’s order, which argued that voters would “suffer irreparable and immediate harm if digital ballot images are not preserved,” would have required the images to be saved for six months.
The Alabama Supreme Court’s decision to stay the order came just hours before polls opened in the special election to fill Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s former Senate seat, pitting Democrat Doug Jones against GOP candidate Roy Moore.

This sounds confused. The order before it was stayed never called for keeping the paper ballots anyhow.
The whole point of paper ballots is that it leaves an audit trail. There was a time in this country when every big city newspaper would be bellowing about this blatant act of corruption. You don't need a high school education to see what's going on here.
We were raised to believe that truth and honesty were virtues which were to be defended no matter what your call in life. This was not done out of ignorance, but out of willful contempt for the voters, the electoral system, and our Constitution.
You better save every scrap of paperer emails, other digital records for years if you deal with any level of government. But the Plantation Masters? Not so much.

That’s how Democrats get a 92% turnout for an election financed by the Democrat Party and George Soros. This is way bigger than Alabama.
Can a democracy exist in a society that no longer has virtue and integrety as a foundation? No. Therefore, Hell is coming to pay us a visit, and he’s going to stay a while.
I feel sorry for all the young kids today. They’ll never know first-hand the great and good nation their ancestors created. The Left destroys everything it touches.
And I do not believe that 92% of eligible Dems voted. The number is ridiculous.

OAN described that voters were paid $50 to vote in the inner cities like B’Ham. Then college students plus out of state ones were bused to election sites. Add counties with more votes then registered voters. Looks like when Obama ran and out of state plates were everywhere. Add illegals voting is what OAN reported.

With a gathering of more supporting evidence these improprieties should be taken to the US Supreme court with a petition to nullify the election. A new election with better safeguards should be ordered.
The Left has forced God out of the nation to the extent that they could, and we’re paying a steep price for it. I think it’s going to continue to get worse before it gets better. How much worse? Only God knows. If the nation doesn’t turn back toward God, we’re probably heading toward CWII. The Left is truly evil.
