Is this a good idea, on states rights grounds??
If I were king, the main provision of my ‘Carpenters Full Employment Decree’ would make vote fraud a hanging offense.
I can identify the problem states:
California, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia (felons can vote), Nevada for starters. Plus every dem controlled city in those states and outside of those states.

Wisconsin has Voter ID. That’s part of why we won here.
When one state can affect another state through federal elections, such as California and their kooky ideas about letting 16 year Olds and illegal immigrants vote, I would think we need federal oversight. Every state should require an ID to vote, the lack thereof gave us Obamugabe.
Son, how many times have you voted today?
but I do think in major cities like Detroit and Chicago...maybe two-percent of the votes are illegal.
Having lived in the Chicago area since the early 1970s and being involved in local politics for 8 years or so Im absolutely convinced that an audit of Cook County voter rolls would show at least 10% are fraudulent.
L
Why not merely deport them?
I can’t see LBJ having disbanded an agency that he had created for any purpose he wished. LBJ would have got the info he wanted no matter what. That being said, I am not an LBJ admirer.
Sounds like there was collusion between the demoncraps and messico to influence our sacred democratic election process.
I realize this isn't a news flash, but does it not occur to anyone that only ONE of the major parties is adamantly opposed to Voter I.D. and investigating voter fraud, and why?
ABC Good Morning America would only tout that ‘Voter Fraud commission is being disbanded by Trump”. NOT a peep about DHS.
They can barely tell us the correct day of the week.
Leaving aside for a moment the question of why elections are a DHS responsibility, what authority would they have that the committee didn't have or couldn't get?
ABC also.
B$ Hold Mitch accountable.
Easier to change the count than bring the voter in.
Complete mystery to me and apparently Congress as well.
Under normal circumstances, I would think that the AG would get this. But that's not where we are.
As of October there were 15 states that had refused to comply with the request for voter data. Among them were Wyoming, South Carolina, Maine, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Dakota. It wasn’t just Democrat states.
They had a woman last year who was convicted of voting 8 times. She got 3 months - and probation.
The dems gave her a standing ovation.
