He’s running. He sees himself as the liberal antidote to Giuliani.

The idiot’s travel expenses will probably be paid out of a public employee’s pension fund.

so basically he’s going to democratic controlled cities to see people who already agree with him. Who is he trying to convince? Liberal logic.

The more they push that message, the more those in the center-ish who can't stand Trump personally but are reaping the rewards of his presidency will report disapproval on polls to cure their cognitive dissonance for wanting him to remain in office and voting for him.
So this tour is very good! Regular old democrats are being exposed as totally hypocritical (#meToo) and corrupt (you name it) and nobody really likes the progressives including the silly but normal democrats. Working class voters can only be won by 'normal' democrats, not progs. Very, very very good. Great even, that they are going in this direction.

Wasn't de Blasio elected to office as Mayor of NYC? How has his mandate persondate (?) morphed into speaking engagements across the country? How does this benefit the residents of NYC? How is this not 'impeachable'?
To: Kaslin
Trump Derangement Syndrome is not a cause.

De Blasio did not say how he planned to pay for these trips. Though it is likely he will use at least some taxpayer dollars. De Blasio has traveled extensively throughout his time in office, with public money footing the bill in many cases. Previously, two of the mayor's international trips to Rome and Paris cost taxpayers a combined $41,000.
Maybe that major donor who expected, and almost got, the Central Park horsedrawns eliminated by de Blasio, in order to be able to redevelop the area of the stables. Thanks Kaslin.
