About time!
He's not an immigrant. My grandfather was an immigrant. This POS is an illegal alien. He should have been deported years ago.
Return to sh_thole, address unknown
There is no such number, no such zone.
If his family loved him, they would have left with him.
If his family loves him, they will move to Mexico.
Better late than never!
I don’t see the big deal. He gets dumped off into Mexico. He takes a bus up to the border. He walks across the border. His American wife likely picks him up, and they move to a new town...to set up a new life. End of the story.
Until the wall is built, he can come and go as much as he desires.
I am confused about one matter. Normally, a foreign citizen can easily (upon marriage to an American) get a Green Card. He evidently can’t get one....so maybe the news folks would like to explain why? Is there a criminal record behind the guy?
Isnt Lincoln Park, Mich in the United States? If hes from the United States, why was he deported to Mexico?
SNOWY!
MAGA not DACA.
Hasta la vista, Jorge!
Honestly, IF the tale told in the story is true (brought here at age 9, no criminal record, not on welfare etc) then I’d probably support making an exception for him and people like him.
I know that is probably not a popular opinion here, but this guy was brought here as a kid. The crime was committed by whoever hauled him in here.
And deporting an allegedly law-abiding family man gives really poor optics to the immigration discussion and may impair being able to lock it down, because “feelz” .
How many MS-13 gang members were not rounded up while they were working this guys case?
The illegals on welfare and with criminal records should be priority cases, both because it will improve the country to get rid of them and also because thats the kind of optics that aid restricting illegal immigration. This deportation does not do that, IMO.
Only 15 MILLION to go.
Rather than sobbing, his family should have voluntarily gone with him to their beloved mexico. I guess they like living in a non-sh**-hole country rather than living in a sh**-hole country.
Why doesn't he take his family with him? My dad did that every time he was transferred while in the military.
30 years and still not legal.........
But upon becoming an adult, he obviously knew that he was in the country illegally. At that point, he could have begun the process of attempting to gain legal citizenship as a responsible adult, even if that meant going back to Mexico first.

His employer was also breaking the law all these years, ya know.
30 years here? Why didn’t he become a citizen?? What a concept!!
BS story, he will leave and quickly return as a spouse of a US citizen.

Living in America for 30 years and still not a citizen of America...he needs to be sent back, and besides that he's ‘not a teen ager’ now is he...
