Kurdistan should be formally recognized and armed to the teeth. It should be composed of parts of Turkey, Iran, Iraq, and Syria that are heavily Kurdish. If you want to bring the Turks to heel then you need to shrink down their country a bit and make them neighbors with a tough people who would be more than happy to give the genocidal Turks a war.

If it was managed well and there was some land swaps to make a more contiguous border and there was recompense for Kurds and other nationalities who volunteer to relocate that area of the world would be much happier.

I am of the opinion that Armenia should also be enlarged at the expense of Turkey.
