I was hoping this Campbell guy was still alive. I believe he’s battling cancer.
Good that we will finally have testimony from him. What the heck is up with DOJ questioning his credibility? Sessions needs to get a handle on his underlings making public statements.

NYT REPORT: As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.

Uranium One Company chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations, as well.

============================================

The NYT report noted that these uranium investors also donated to the Clinton Foundation, as follows:

<><> Canadian mining mogul, Frank Giustra, globe-trotting pal of Bill donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One. Seems to have facilitated the uranium sell-off. Giustra has a "Clinton-connected foundation" in Canada and will not disclose donors.

<><> Canadian Ian Telfer—donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation. Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.

<><>Paul Reynolds—donated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later Reynolds helped raise $260 million for the company. Could be the money-laundering apprat.

<><>Frank Holmes-—donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.

<><> Canadian Neil Woodyer-—Founded Endeavour Mining with Giustra—donated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One.

<><> GMP Securities Ltd.-—Donating portion of profits to the Clinton Foundation. Worked on debt issue that raised $260 million for Uranium One. (Prime candidate for the money-laundering apparat---aided and abetted under cover of the "do-good foundations.")

No matter how much evidence of criminality comes forth at these hearings and investigations it leads nowhere.

None of the criminals get fired, none of them are prosecuted, none of them end up in prison.

What we need is an Attorney General who wants to enforce all laws equally against all criminals.

This type of abuse of power and criminality in the government is much more of a threat to the Republic than the dope paddlers Jeff Sessions concentrates on.

Items from Clinton Foundation’s Dealings with Russian Uraniium

Independent Journal Review ^ | April 2015 | Michael Hausum

FR Posted by Beautiful_Gracious_Skies

The New York Times on Thursday [April 2015] published an article about the Clinton Foundation, its receipt of millions of dollars from foreign governments and other interests, and the U.S. government’s involvement in Russia’s stated goal to expand its control of the world’s uranium market.

All while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.

The NY Times didn’t reach a conclusion, but one question looms very large: As Secretary of State, did Hillary influence an international deal giving a Russian company 20% ownership of America’s uranium production, in return for millions of dollars of cash donations to the Clinton Foundation?

Here is a list of 11 questionable items forming a chain of events:

1. September of 2005: Canadian Frank Giustra visits Kazakhstan with Bill Clinton. Days later, his company UrAsia wins a major uranium deal with the country.

2, 2006: Giustra donates $31 million to the Clinton Foundation.

3. February 2007: UrAsia merges with Uranium One and expands into the U.S..

4. June 2008: Russian atomic agency Rosatom begins talks to acquire Uranium One.

5. 2008 to 2010: Uranium One and UrAsia investors donate $8.65 million to Clinton Foundation.

6. June 2009: Rosatom acquires 17% of Uranium One.

7. 2010 to 2011: Millions more donated by Uranium One investors to Clinton Foundation.

8. June 2010: Rosatom requests Committee on Foreign Investment (of which the State Department is a member and its approval is needed) to approve a majority ownership in Uranium One, PROMISING NOT TO PURCHASE 100% of it, NOR TAKE IT PRIVATE.

9. June 2010: Bill Clinton receives $500,000 to speak at a conference held by the Russian investment bank involved in the Rosatom transactions.

10. October 2010: Committee APPROVES Rosatom’s request to ACQUIRE A MAJORITY SHARE in Uranium One.

11. January 2013: Rosatom PURCHASES REMAINDER of Uranium One and takes it PRIVATE!.

>>The origins of the story were reported in the NY Times in 2008 by Jo Becker, a co-author of the recent NYT piece:

Unlike established competitors, Mr. Giustra was a newcomer to uranium mining in Kazakhstan, a former Soviet republic. But what his fledgling company lacked in experience, it made up for in connections. Accompanying Giustra on his luxuriously appointed MD-87 jet that day was a former president of the United States, Bill Clinton....

Within two days, corporate records show that Mr. Giustra also came up a winner when his company signed preliminary agreements giving it the right to buy into three uranium projects controlled by Kazakhstan’s state-owned uranium agency, Kazatomprom.

The monster deal stunned the mining industry, turning an unknown shell company into one of the world’s largest uranium producers in a transaction ultimately worth tens of millions of dollars to Mr. Giustra, analysts said.

Just months after the Kazakh pact was finalized, Mr. CLINTON’S charitable foundation received its own windfall: a $31.3 MILLION DONATION FROM MR. GUISTRA that had remained a SECRET until he acknowledged it last month.

There are intricacies and subtleties to this story that aren’t evident in the timeline.

For example, when Hillary assumed the job as Secretary of State, she assented to a limitation of the foundation’s international activities and agreed to disclose contributors. It appears, at a minimum, there was incomplete follow-through upon these assurances. Furthermore, those involved in the transactions have denied that any special privileges were sought and that the donations were completely unrelated. The former chairman of Uranium One said this to Bloomberg News:

“I have never met Hillary Clinton. This donation was made in support of Frank Giustra, my business partner and friend for more than 20 years. There was no thought of influencing anyone.” The Clinton campaign has denied that Hillary had any direct involvement in Rosatom’s obtaining approval to complete the deal. A spokesman said that no one:...... “...has ever produced a shred of evidence supporting the theory that Hillary Clinton ever took action as secretary of state to support the interests of donors to the Clinton Foundation.”

On the other hand, an individual - requesting anonymity - with knowledge of the Clintons’ fundraising operations, commented on the possible motivations for giving massive sums of money to the foundation: “Why do you think they are doing it — because they love them?”

The NY Times supported its article by referring to multiple interviews, public records evaluations, and Peter Schweizer’s book “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich.”

This is Victoria Toensing Client

As you probably know, Victoria originally said that the informant was going to testify in November.

Turns out that Grassley did the Steele stuff first. Perhaps the timing was planned for a reason.

I can’t wait until Nunes starts talking in detail about the
“about queries”, the unmasking and who was making the requests, then ties them in to the Obama EO regarding access to raw intelligence data. Let’s just say that, back in the March/April timeframe, those were the issues that REALLY pissed Nunes off.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/12/us/politics/nsa-gets-more-latitude-to-share-intercepted-communications.html

Obscure the monitoring of about queries and unmasking requests by distributing them among the 16 other agencies (not including NSA) in the Intelligence Community, thus making it more difficult for NSA monitors of the Stellar Wind program to identify spikes in the requests. Didn’t work; NSA found them anyway and ADM Rogers informed Trump.

Now go back several months to claims by Trump that he was spied upon by British intelligence, i.e., MI6 or, more likely, GCHQ - the British NSA equivalent, if not both. Consider that Christopher Steele was “passionate” about Trump not becoming president and one (me) wonders why a British citizen would be so passionate about a US presidential race. Could it be that Steele is not retired, as reported, and that the pro-EU Brits and THEIR intelligence apparatus were attempting to influence the US election? If so, does it not also follow that they were working with Obama and his allies in the DOJ, FBI and ELSEWHERE to influence the outcome of the election?

Pretty sophisticated tradecraft with a LOT of risk. Stand by for more...

Good God. As if they need an informant.

These dots are so clear to connect that the only people who cannot connect them are those that are too stupid to connect them, or DO NOT want them connected.

The book "Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich" by Peter Schweizer outlines how the Clintons, who claimed they were broke in 2000, are now worth over $130 million (more, I am sure).

That wealth isn't simply ridiculous book deals and astronomical fees for speaking engagements. It is major, MAJOR influence peddling by Bill Clinton out of office, and Hillary Clinton as Senator and Secretary of State while IN office.

Effing shameful grifters of the highest order.

If he is truly dying from cancer ,as I understand he is, then under US law his testimony could be considered a dying declaration which is ALWAYS taken as the TRUTH, unlike words spoken by either Cummings or Schiff. How dare they challenge his veracity.
