The wall was the key to making America Great Again. There will be hell to pay for that screw up UNLESS, there are ways to divert monies from one program to another and direct said funds toward the wall.

And immigration and DACA is now aimed at separate legislation...as it should be.
Don't forget, DACA is in line at the door of the USSC. We need their input to stop all this immigration cr**.

One article states the budget goes until $300 billion, and another says $400 billion over ten years.
Folks, those are 3.66% or 4.88% over ten years.
During that same period of time our federal tax receipts should go up about 100%.

Well this was the US budget for next 2 years so wall funding probably not going to be tacked on later. At this point he better get Mexico to pay for it, like he said, or there’s going to be a whole lot of us really upset soon.

the whole point of originally offering a reasonable deal like that was that Trump KNEW the Dems would reject his tit-for-tat offer, an offer than ordinary Americans would see as quite reasonable.
As Trump knew they would, the Dems reacted in a knee-jerk fashion, rejecting out of hand ANY deal that didn’t give them 100% open borders, 100% immediate legalization of dacas and other illegals, etc., sacrificing the interests of their beloved illegal dacas. This gave Trump the moral high ground and showed the Dems as being completely unreasonable ideologues who could give a hoot about dacas, and allowed Trump to repeatedly tweet those very same things, which he has done. Trump played the Dems like fiddles.
