I’d rather they stay where they are and continue to pay the taxes that they voted for instead of destroying other places.
But Houston is a blue city. And Texas will be purple in another 5-10 years.
No different than the 3rd world immigrants all over this country that make demands of it, because they want the US to be more like the country they “escaped” from.
If the ILLEGALS continue infesting TX it will be blue in a few years, then it's over. This is the very reason the RATS do not want a wall. Plain and simple.
If they take over Texas we are screwed for good. There will be no hope whatsoever.

This is really no different than muslims, who overbreed and flood the locale with little muzzies. Eventually, the roaches take over and dominate politically, legally, and economically (if there is an economy left).
But even with low unemployment the economy is still lagging, no thanks to a recently ineffectual governor Kasich.
The illegals are not what is turning TX (and my GA) purple. It is us Rust Belt City refugees fleeing south and bringing our politics with us that is turning Red States Purple.
Their being taxpayers is not the problem. Their wanting to raise those taxes is.
We live in Belvidere in Warren County and are not too far from you. They are doing the same thing here. They come in from back east and bring they’re politics with them.
Not exudus - we are being invaded by liberal/socialists - HELP!!!
I agree. I would have no problem with a five-year wait period to vote when I move to Texas or Florida, and I’m conservative!
You obviously haven’t been to south Texas. English is a second language.
Yes I was going to look around in Warren County but the taxes are higher then Hunterdon....Pa. is much cheaper I just don’t want to move there....Looking to head up north to NH....
Just sell at a loss anyway and move to a red state to counter-balance all the blue invaders.
The people leaving Rust Belt cities are people who want to work, and work in the private sector, not people on welfare. On that criteria, they are approachable on politics.
The problem is that (at least in GA, and from what I see in the mountains of Cruz stuff I get in TX also) Republicans / Conservatives are not approaching the refugees and asking them to think about why there are no jobs in Rust Belt cities and why there are jobs in Red States.
Heritage, AFP, CATO, TeaParty, Breitbart, Townhall, and all the media linked here on FR... they all target the base, the choir. Nobody on our side is reaching to beyond our base.
If you look in White Township, Oxford, Harmony and a few other towns the taxes are not so bad. The taxes here in Belvidere have risen tremendously in the past ten years but there is a lot of inexpensive housing because of people defaulting on mortgages. We would welcome you with open arms.
AZ TO HOT!
Yup..
I got AC!
