The gun-control vultures, the dung beetles, will inevitably descend over any mass shooting. But Dem Sen. Chris Murphy might have plumbed a despicable new low when it comes to exploiting a tragedy.
Speaking with Chris Hayes on MSNBC this evening, Murphy said that those who oppose his gun-control views are guilty of the “endorsement of these murders” and of having “greenlighted” the killings.

Senator Feinswine had a CCW for many years. I don’t know about the rest. I’m sure some do now.
I’ll offer a deal to Murphy: ban government bodyguards for politicians in exchange for banning certain guns for purchase.
Just to point out his hypocrisy. He isn’t going to give up his protection and I have no intention of giving up mine.
