FAIRFAX, VA The more than five million law-abiding members of the National Rifle Association have enjoyed discounts and cost-saving programs from many American corporations that have partnered with the NRA to expand member benefits.
Since the tragedy in Parkland, Florida, a number of companies have decided to sever their relationshipwith the NRA, in an effort to punish our members who are doctors, farmers, law enforcement officers, fire fighters, nurses, shop owners and school teachers that live in every American community. We are men and women who represent every American ethnic group, every one of the worlds religions and every form of political commitment.
The law-abiding members of the NRA had nothing at all to do with the failure of that schools security preparedness, the failure of Americas mental health system, the failure of the National Instant Check System or the cruel failures of both federal and local law enforcement.
Despite that, some corporations have decided to punish NRA membership in a shameful display of political and civic cowardice. In time, these brands will be replaced by others who recognize that patriotism and determined commitment to Constitutional freedoms are characteristics of a marketplace they very much want to serve.
Let it be absolutely clear. The loss of a discount will neither scare nor distract one single NRA member from our mission to stand and defend the individual freedoms that have always made America the greatest nation in the world.
I don't own a rifle or a handgun. But I feel it is important for all Americans concerned about their rights to support the NRA in the current climate.
List the corporate sponsors who bailed. List them.

What an odd way to ask for someone ELSE to do you a favor!
No ‘please’ or ‘thanks in advance’....just a rude demand.

Before I left for work today, my Wife said that she has been reading about NRA membership skyrocketing.
The silent majority is getting pissed.
Aces!
I caught that to hell you could just bing it im sure
$30? Is there a discount I am not aware of?
I am seeing $40 on their site.
National rent a car, owned by Enterprise.
On another thread, I just recently wrote...I do not own a firearm (rethinking that, now!), do not have one in my house, right now, and have never shot with a firearm. However, I now absolutely DO plan to join the NRA!!
Urp...
I was actually looking at some of their devices.
Not any more.
Or, from the master: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74YLwinLT7M
.
United Airlines.
I joined the NRA in the 1990’s when Clinton was going after assault rifles and large clips. Made me go out and purchase some.. When corporations attack the NRA they are attacking me and all other NRA members. I hope they remember that fast or they could lose some business.
Had to read that 4 times. Thank God for punctuation.
We were actually looking at purchasing several SimpliSafe systems....one for the office, one for family members apartment and one for a family farm house.
NOT NOW!!
We’ll find an alternate system.
Forget SimpliFacist.
Of course the left thinks, er, were told people just join the NRA for a rental car discount and no discount will mean the end to the NRA. Yeah.
Yep.
Glad you caught that, too :-)
