It was his screaming on the air that was frightening. Couldn't listen anymore to that. However, if he wants to scream at liberals during debates for Feinstein's seat, I would support that. Anything, to punish liberals!
There’s no stopping the madness in California. Like you mentioned, no GOPer has a chance there, so there’s no pressure on him. This would nationalize the conservative message, though.
I think his radio bites might get in the way at any nominating convention.
Imagine Savage winning a Senate seat and having one after another of his monumental “Only I Know The WAY!” scream fests in the middle of the aisle.
It’s a horrifying observation but except for a very select few, he Couldn’t possibly be worse than the charlatans, posers, and imposters we’re already stuck with there.
NO WAY Savage could even come close to winning in CA. Last Senate race we had the choice of TWO DEMS, go figure!!!!
The balless CA GOP would never support him, much less “independents” in CA.
But if he runs I’ll send $100 and support him. I’d even put up a yard sign in the suburbs of Sacramento, just south of the Capitol.

What people don’t understand is that per an initiative passed a few years ago, the two people getting the most votes in the primaries are the only ones on the General election ballot.
This situation almost guarantees that the general election will be a runoff between two Democrats. No Republican ever appears on the ballot for statewide and Federal offices.
This has ensured that California is always now and forever a Democrat state! Someone needs to sue.....Where is the Republican Party on this? Nowhere to be found that’s where.
When East Coast Democrats invaded California during the 50’s to the 80’s they brought their tame East Coast Republicans (read Rinos, Go along to get along, Country Club Republicans) with them.
He donates to Democrats including Jerry Brown, he should run as a Democrat and join in the debates.

For many libs in this Bay Area, Mike Savage is the Devil Incarnate, second only to Rush Limbaugh or of course our President Donald Trump.
Suddenly the media discovers him and pulls out all the information on him they have been accumulating since he started his radio program. They will take care to always prefix his name with “conservative”, which for them is a condemnation.
He has to be ready for a filthy campaign, in which the dems lie to destroy him. They are vicious and hateful bastards, with no redeeming qualities. The dems don’t want to give up their power. They control the media and have access to unlimited money from their selected victim groups who get special privileges from them.
I would vote for him without hesitation.

I would love to see Doc Savage in Congress.
I’d support Savage, however he has said numerous times that he doesn’t have the patience for dry meetings and such. Of course his real name, not nomme du guerre, would have to appear on the ballot as well, and Michael Weiner for Senate doesn’t have quite the impact and name recognition factor.
