Last weekend, while doing what seemed to be a regular interview, I discovered that a movie is being made with the intent to discredit gun-rights leaders across the country.
No, this is not a joke, it is real and we need to get the word out to other gun-rights organizations, gun-rights leaders, and prominent firearms trainers across the country and we need to do this FAST.
Back in 2014, alleged Hollywood sexual predator Harvey Weinstein said he was going to make a movie that would make the NRA wish they werent alive. (All gun organizations are the NRA in his mind.) And he was dead serious. Michael Moore has been attempting to discredit gun owners and leaders for years by tricking people and using creative editing techniques to make them look foolish or idiotic.
Whos behind this effort isnt clear, but they are EXTREMELY WELL FUNDED PROFESSIONALS. For example, to reel me in and to try to make me feel beholden to them, they laid out the red carpet, by providing luxury accommodations, limousine service, and providing a generous monetary allowance to cover meals and other expenses for two days.
They use psychological manipulation, as well as lies and tricks to put their victim into comedic situations that subject them to public shame, embarrassment, and ridicule. I believe the intent is to destroy reputations and even lives.
I did some detective work in the days immediately following the interview, and I managed to find out they had targeted at least one nationally known firearms trainer and I know there are more. They appear to be setting up near gun shows. I also found out they covered their tracks carefully to avoid revealing their true identity.

Sounds like a throwback to the 1970s when so many anti-hunting, anti-gun movies and TV shows came out.
That is too bad. I would not have thought anyone would have been able to drag Phil Van Cleave in to such a scam for even a minute.
In any event, I am glad he figured it out, albeit too late for him, and is getting the word out about these people.
Words to live by these days.
Demand a Hollywood GUN BAN!
No armed body guards or celebrity concealed carry.
No movies depicting guns.
Ban the mention of words referring to guns both in scripts and on the streets.
An attack on gun-rights leaders is an attack to harm all Americans and especially kids. Wake-up you attackers, you are evil.
The Left needs to disarm us so they can kill us.
You mean like John Wick 2? :-)
You mean like Death wish? :-)
It did't work then and it won't work now.
The so called movie people will produce something with this guy training kids how to kill
Best. Post. Yet.
More like BLESS THE BEASTS AND THE CHILDREN, JORY, REVENGE FOR A RAPE,
On TV it was fake documentaries like SAY GOODBY, THE GUNS OF AUTUMN and every western-cop-comedy show had their anti gun scenes and remarks.
As is pointed out in the comments below the Ammoland article, it seems both the author and VCDL didn’t learn much from their encounter with Katie Couric’s deceptive production and editing. You can be very wise to what is going on and clever in your responses yet you are still one person against a group of propagandists that make Goebbels look like a piker. The only way to win is to not play their game.
The Left needs to disarm us so they can kill us.
Best. Post. Yet
And that is because it is true. History supporting that relationship does not even exaggerate the atrocities made in the name of the people or the children,,,after the people are disarmed. The Little Black Book of Communism -conservatively- puts the death toll against innocent civilians in the Communist 20th century at over 100 MILLION.
One thing to take away from this is the left HATES us. They don’t kill us because they can’t. Yet.
There is no ‘discussion’ we can have with them that can be rational or equal. THAT is a reality conservatives need to accept.
What do you mean “it didn’t work then”?
Tobacco is not allowed to be advertised on television, and smoking is pretty much banned everwhere, even bars and taverns. Depending on where one is located lighting up may get you arrested, or worse. I don’t smoke but it is absolutely crazy what they have done, and, they aren’t done yet. Tobacco settlements bankrolled a bunch of the current day nonsense as well, I betcha.
Don’t talk to cameras.
Live longer.
What I meant was the movie Runaway Jury tried to vilify the gun industry by making them the evil cabal that is paying off the protagonist to fix the jury in a multi-million dollar product liability case. (In the book it was a tobacco cabal doing the paying off in a smoking liability lawsuit.)
Hollywood's attempt to sway public opinion against gun manufacturers didn't work then, and with this new movie it won't work now.
Recording them is a pretty good defense.
If they are shy about being recorded, do not do it.
Three hours of recording is plenty of time to get a few seconds of carefully edited copy to make someone look evil and foolish.
Only liberals fall for that tactic anymore.
