De Leon needs to be arrested for violation of immigration laws prohibiting the hiring of illegal aliens. He appointed her and she will receive a stipend and expenses from the state taxpayers. All of that is illegal.
Now we have the state AG, the mayor of Oakland, and De legion the head of the state senate and candidate for US senate all in direct violation of immigration laws and walking around free.
The DOJ should focus on prosecuting this wetback!
She may be a foreigner but she's still a voter.
