So now the GOVERNMENT of California ITSELF is openly employing an illegal alien. ICE can demand that the state produce an I-9 employment eligibility form. If they fail to produce it the state will be subject to a large fine for 'Knowingly' hiring an unauthorized alien.
Its not like they can plead ignorance.

I was just at the local JC in CA and they have scholarships for dreamers. They charge service members out of state tuition but have in state tuition and scholarship funds for illegals

How do you get to become a lawyer, take a bar exam, and be licensed to practice law in the U.S. if you're not a U.S. citizen?
Oath taken by all attorneys before they can practice law in California:
“I solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney and counselor at law to the best of my knowledge and ability. As an officer of the court, I will strive to conduct myself at all times with dignity, courtesy, and integrity.”
How can you practice law in this country is you are guilty of breaking the Federal laws of this country?

First Undocumented Immigrant... The attorney was born in Oaxaca, Mexico, and came to the U.S. with her parents when she was just 14 years old. She went on to develop a passion for law and became the first person in her family to graduate from college, receiving her degree from Santa Clara University law school in 2016 and passing the California bar last year... This woman is actually EXTREMELY documented; it's just that she has no legal standing to be here.
It's fake news to call her "undocumented."
