Though failed to do so that particular day, BnC is normally my ‘go to’ as well. Remember gobbling those up years ago. Only once was hungry enough to eat two. Every other time it’s been one and one only. The sliced beef and fries was ordered the last time. Fries were cold, beef was blah, even with Arby’s Sauce. Didn’t ask for Horseysauce; perhaps if it had been used the sandwich would have been better tasting. The poor service began at the window while ordering. The Young man was a jabberwocky who would NOT stay quite long enough to take the order properly. Yapping constantly, understanding little. Wil be returning to an Arby’s at some point - but not during rush hour and certainly not to that particular location

“Gotta eat at Arby’s if they keep advertising with Laura.”

For sure. I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years. But, if Arby’s stays with Laura then I will start eating there again.

Interesting that such a mild jab by Ingraham has triggered such a vicious counter attack by Hogg boy. It’s so over the top it suggests a real psychological issue.

He needs to be on the receiving end of a punch in the mouth, and perhaps a few more for good measure. He is a true “Useful Idiot”.

Camera Hogg is treating these innocent people and businesses the same way he treated the shooter, before the crime.

He is a bully. He is responsible, along with the lesbo, for the deaths of those 17 students. He should pay the price.

Agree. And you know, his life must be pretty miserable to be so full of hate. It surely will only get worse on him if he keeps it up.

He is this years Cindy Sheehan. When the Dems are done with him, he is gonna wake up in his undies behind a dumpster at the grocery store, wondering “Why don’t you love me?” and what a punch me face.

The names of Arby's executives is not private information and he posted their corporate emails and not private ones. His actions are annoying but not an invasion of anyone's privacy.

“The boycott of Laura is just not fair and her advertisers have little right to pull their spots from Laura’s show.”

The boycott may not be fair, but many things in life are not fair. In a free society advertisers can advertise where they wish and consumers can purchases what they wish.

Laura exercised her right to free speech in making a comment about Hogg. Hogg exercised his free speech in responding to her and calling out her advertisers. Some advertisers then reacted to the controversy and removed their advertising — a business decision which they can lawfully make regardless of the rationale. Subsequently some people have decided not to patronize the businesses pulling advertising from Ingraham’s show.

Freedom of speech and freedom of choice. We may not like the effects sometime, but imagine the alternative where government determines acceptable speech, government determines where companies can advertise, and government determines which products you are allowed to purchase.

Without the freedom to choose, there can be no free market - for ideas or products. Freedom of speech does not entitle one to freedom from the consequences of that speech, including the reaction of those who take exception to that speech. Before I retired from the business world I was always very careful about what I said publicly or privately about my employer and customers knowing any negative comment could result in the termination of my employment. I had the freedom to say whatever I wished. My employer had the freedom to terminate my employment and my customers had the freedom to stop purchasing the product I was selling.

I used to really like Arby’s, but the last few years, their quality has gone down, while their prices are rather high.

However, right now they’ve got a “Miami Cuban Sandwich” that’s amazing, and almost perfect recreation of a “real” Cuban sandwich. They didn’t quite get the bread right, but everything else is spot on, and it’s delicious.

For those of you who don’t know what a Cuban Sandwich is, it’s ham and roast pork, with a mild cheese, like muenster, yellow mustard (I love brown, spicy mustard, but yellow is required here,) and dill pickles. The bread is supposed to be a sourdough roll, but they didn’t quite get it right, but it’s so close.

If you get a chance, give it a try.

Mark

About 40 years ago Arby’s sandwiches cost about $2.00. They were a true delicacy. My friends and I would go to a movie in Omaha and then go there. It was a special treat we would have to save up for for weeks be because they were so expensive. Back then they had a huge cut of beef rotating on a spit that they sliced right in front of you. No pressed crap like they use now. People that think Arby’s are great have no idea what they once were. They are but a shadow now.
