I loathe the little punk, but objectively speaking, Hogg is intelligent in his own way, and very trainable. Pity, that he seems dependent on using profanity in order to emphasize or validate every other thought. Like many kids under 25, he doesn’t bother to use punctuation, and produces anaconda length run-on sentences that never seem to end conclusively.
Some schools hand out A’s and B’s like donuts, because the students and their parents cause trouble otherwise. Too often, the school administration will not stand with it’s own teachers’ whose reputation and authority are always on the line.

College is never out of the picture; I’m 51 and in December of this year, I will (finally!) graduate with a BS..

Could it be the reason he doesn’t do better on the SAT is because the public schools have watered down their academics? A 4.25 from some high schools means little now days.
Besides, 4.0 used to be the highest you could make. I guess they give higher now as a participation reward.

He gets a 4.2 GPA because his parents are teachers and he transferred schools. The reality is that the test showed his GPA is fake.

I confess I know frightfully little about modern education, but I was heretofore of the impression that the maximum GPA was 4.0. Has the system changed, or was I mistaken?
